Relatively close to Kyoto station and a temple that had a night time viewing during cherry blossom season.
The property is in front of a major road and the traffic noise is loud even at night time - I had to sleep with ear plugs. Although the property is larger than most places in Kyoto, it still felt small for a house that sleeps up to 14 people. Check in was at 4.30pm, so it made the logistics to keep our baggage somewhere else difficult.

"The place was spacious. Had two showers. two toilets. The staff was very helpful and communicative. The traditional Japanese home with the tatami mats was a nice experience."
