    I love this hotel! Pro's: free coffee that is decent, there's a bathroom downstairs, free amenities, nicely working TV, spacious enough for 2 people with 4 luggage. There's a small kitchenette, which is the reason why we chose this hotel ❤️ it was very, very good ❤️ We stayed during new years, so the coffee was a life saver. Lots of shops closed for new years. Wifi was really good and fast. Con's: location wise, pretty far from things. It's not in the city center, which is okay, but it said we were close to the station, but it's kind of a walk. We kept taking the bus, which was also kind of a walk. I mean, you have to really walk and the hotel isn't really near a convenience store or grocery. So, if you're tired, and wanna get to the hotel really fast, well, you have to really walk a bit. 🤣 i'm not fond of walking too far, so that's kind of a "me" problem 😆 Also, the staff doesn't reply much on the chat if you need something from them. It was kind of difficult since sometimes, i need the staff but they aren't there. They leave a bell on their table, but they're never really there. So rarely do i see them. But when i do, i have to ask them for things right away for fear that they won't be there again 🤣 which is usually the case 😆 But it was still a better hotel than most 🍓 the complaints i have are just complains, not really a deal breaker 🥰 9/10 would stay there again but somewhere closer 🤣 i know they have different branches :)

    + Great location, near the MRT station, shops, restaurants, affordable, prompt response from the host - No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to 2nd or 3rd floor; can hear the noise from other guests in the hallway, when using the blower, oven, washing in the sink.
