    I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

    It is our first time to Kyoto and we were overwhelmed with the amount of hotel choices. We took our chance and it definitely surpassed our expectations. The room was bigger than the normal size of other hotel (18m2). There's a laundry area with vending machine. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

    Really a 3 minute walk from the Shinkansen exit. Only thing I would complain about is the flow of traffic with the elevators. Terribly slow. My group did not try the Onsen. The bathroom in the room was amazing enough.
