Great location close to everything
The room was very small which was ok but walls were paper thin I could hear other peoples conversations in the room next to us, who happened to be talking until past 1am

Overall, we had a good stay here during our trip to Kyoto. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Everything was mostly self-service, which made the experience simple and convenient. The accommodation had a nice traditional Kyoto atmosphere, which made the stay feel more unique and memorable. Check-in instructions were clear and facilities provided were sufficient for a comfortable short stay.
The main downside was the location and finding the property itself. The accommodation name and signage were a bit difficult to identify, especially for first-time visitors, and locating the place initially was slightly challenging.

Give a traditional Japanese house feeling. Everything is remote access with self-checkin and out. Because of the style, technically you set your own blanket out and sleep on the floor. It's more like a studio ish so the space is limited if you have 2 person and 2 large suitcases, it will be very cluster.
Hidden in the alley that taxi cannot really access to (about 2-3 minutes walk to big road though). Very small space for 2 people
