Tokufuji riverside is located close to the Tokufuji station. There are also some nice spots around like the Tokufujo temple and the Fushimi Inari shrine. Checking in was easy with the provided information. The rooms were clean.
The mattress was a bit hard for my taste and the pillow too thick, so I got a stiff neck. Maybe it would be nice to also add a thin pillow so you can choose. The room is mostly functional and doesn't have a cozy feeling (grey walls etcetera).

Location- only one stop from Kyoto station and easy to reach all main tourist attractions. Air con, fridge, washing machine all great.
Minor issue really but felt a little weathered and ready for some refurbishment.

Fairly clean. Close to train station. Washer convenient.
No instructions for washer dryer in English. Dryer nor heat, just spin dry (Should be in instructions ). More clothes line to hang dry. Bed hard. Price changed after confirmation- if will raise before money taken, should be informed

Very close to a train station and excellent restaurants and small local shops.
