    Very rude woman on the desk early morning knocking at our door very angry as we were late 10 minuites. I told here my girlfriend is drying her hair we will be 5 minutes she then again 4 -5 came knocking on just as we were leaving. I told her to calm down as she was very irate and angry. We got downstairs and she tried to charge me extra for 20 minuites and was extremely rude..everybody is human and I think 20 minuites was very harsh of her to treat us so badly...

    Hi, sorry for the late review of the property\. We stayed here from April 29 to May 4 of this year\. Honestly, I initially thought the property was near the station, but it was actually a little farther than I expected—around a 5–10 minute walk\. Upon check\-in, the staff informed us that there would be an additional charge for our child because I had booked the room for two adults\. I honestly didn’t notice this detail during the booking\. I explained to him that our daughter was only 7 years old and still a small child\. He asked us to wait for a moment, and thankfully, he eventually agreed to let her stay without an additional charge\. We appreciated his understanding and thanked him for it\. We also checked in quite late in the evening, so we needed to have dinner\. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any convenience store nearby, and when we checked the map, the nearest ones seemed quite far\. We decided to buy some food from the hotel instead\. Unfortunately, we didn’t really enjoy the onigiri they were selling, so my family ended up having bread and noodles for dinner instead\. Overall, these were just a few things we experienced during our stay, but we still appreciate the staff for accommodating us, especially regarding our daughter\.
