Excellent location, very clean, bed was very comfortable, I asked in advance for extra futons and the staff had it there already organized when I arrived. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, respectful, explained everything in excellent English. The rules were clear and well signposted. It was a very authentic Japanese experience which is what I wanted. It was very high value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone.

The location is great and the gentleman at reception was very polite and helpful. The room was very quiet and spacious. Having a Lawson store close is handy and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
The instructions to find the accommodation from the station should be clearer. It said take the 'north' exit, but I didn't see any sign for 'north' exit. Give the exact name of the right exit from the station.
