    The staff were very accommodating as we had to arrive after 11pm. They made us felt welcome coming in from the rain. When we got into our unit, our kids gasped how nice the room look. There are cooking ware, coffee maker, Dyson curls, massager, vinyl...etc that you can borrow from the stay. There are public laundry machine available. The location is very close to the station, many shopping and restaurants.

    Near yodabashi camera, which has everything you need. They have a small supermarket and Don donki at yodabashi , which you can buy ingredients at 8pm for 40% discount to bring back to the hotel and cook. A lot of buses from main tourist attractions also stop right outside the hotel which makes it super convenient and a short straight walk to Kyoto station sweetens the deal !

    Staffs were friendly. Accomodation Definitely not value for money. Room smelled of food as it is a studio. Linen does not smell fresh. There is a stench. The area is from the station to the hotel is a little rowdy. I did not enjoy the stay as compared to another hotel I stayed before.
