Close to main Kyoto station. Loved the luggage storage option. Plenty of room for a family of 5.

Location is great, near to kyoto station. Staffs are friendly and helpful, check in and check out procedure are easy, got store to keep luggage before or after check in/out, convenient shop just nearby.
We stayed at room 503, unpleasant smell come from floor drainage.

Great location, central to train stations & easy access to convenience stores etc.
After travelling all day & arriving at the property with our luggage the check in process was complicated, long & rude. I had registered each persons details via the link & uploaded passport details & phon numbers. I explained this to the man at the reception desk that I had already completed this process online. We then had to wait & redo all of these details which was a further 20mins before we could access the room. It was an unpleasant experience & I will not book here in the future due to this.
