Great room great bathroom all you would need for your stay and literally right by Nishiki market.
Just wish they had some kind of receptionists there because book through Expedia and did not give me the option to pre register with the hotel so I had to do that in person on the phone.

Property was super convenient being so close to Nishiki markets so we really appreciated that. The room itself was also relatively spacious but is really showing its age. The carpet especially looked so stained and the room had a really bad stench to it that we had to spray quite a bit of air freshener. Also we stayed on the ground floor and could hear everything (even footsteps) from the room above us, so don’t expect a quiet stay if you get the ground floor room.
