Location was good, walking distance to Kyoto central train station. Everything was very clean. Nice to see a clothes washer, even though we didn't use it. The house was comfortable for four adult males. The wild wallpaper in one of the rooms was fun.
NOTE: The facade has been modernised and looks very different to what can be found on streetview. Accurate on the website but the Google Streetview is old.
There was 3 assorted chairs at the kitchen table and one stool in the kitchen which was an interesting choice.
Take car on the stairs, very steep and watch your head / try not to slip coming down or trip at the ramp bit at the top of the stairs.

水回りやお布団が清潔で安心して休めました。
建物自体はリノベされてますが古さを感じるとこがありましたが気にならなかったです。エアコンが各部屋にあるのでとても快適に過ごせました。
泊まる前からカギの受取り方には不安がかなりありました。着いた瞬間、大パニックでした。ポストに入っていると思いきやカギが無く、、、私にとってのポストは郵便受けのポストで、、、電話しても繋がらず。幸い、メールでやり取りできたので、カギの場所を教えてもらい入室できました。10分〜15分のタイムロス。カギは韓国みたいな暗証番号を入力して開けるタイプがいいと思います。毎回、番号を変えられますので。。。玄関がガラス張りなので丸見えなのがすごく気になりました。ロールカーテンがあればいいと思います。テレビもないのであった方がいいです。
冷蔵庫に調味料が残されていて嫌でした。
