Genuine authentic japanese ryokan that is owned by a husband and wife couple who have worked it for 3 generations. Warm reception and customer service combined with excellent food and a quiet comfortable atmosphere. Cant recommend enough.

The hosts here are delightful. The place is lovely and traditional. Loved my evening private baths after long days of walking. My only comment is if you need the toilet during the night ask if there is a downstairs room as that’s where it’s located.

Great great great!!! This ryokan is really wonderful! The owners are very nice and friendly. Clean and comfortable Japanese style room. Authentic property. Really recommended

It was great experience of Japanese culture, it is a small boutique hotel with all the traditional things such as tea experience, pajamas, Japanese beds, etc. the hosts were extremely nice and hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay.
