Exactly what is needed for a group booking for a golf trip

It’s a brilliant property for a group and it’s perfectly located for getting into St Andrews, especially for golf (we played the Eden course one day and the farmhouse is visible from the course). The house has multiple rooms that can be used for socialising / relaxing in. It’s very spacious and well furnished.

There wasn’t anything that we were unhappy with, it was perfect for our group stay.

Renovated traditional house, unfortunately with smell of oil from heating

very good traditional location, lot of space, quiet area. most of the bathrooms are renovated.

1. strong smell of oil on ground floor level in most of the rooms. seems that the heating has a leakage. The host offered to spray febrezze which had no effect. Other than that there was no engagement. 2. Wifi didn’t work properly, the password provided in the manual didn’t work. the real password was on the backside of the router, which only served the first floor.

Perfect location for a great group getaway

This is a beautiful property, ideally located close to St Andrews with all furnishings and fixtures of a very high quality. The rooms and bathrooms are ideal for a large family gathering or group of friends. We were a party of 16 golfers and it was absolutely ideal.

Excellent house!

This house had everything we needed. Exceptionally well equipped. Ideal for our family gathering. Spacious house, lots of room for everyone to be together and also have a bit of space too. Big safe garden. Very clean. Honestly would highly recommend and seriously considering a return visit next year.

Nothing really! The kitchen got hot because the Aga was on and the weather was warm. Probably not a frequent problem!! I expect usually the Aga is the centre of the kitchen and gives a cosy feeling. Shame to see the empty swimming pool - wow if that pool was in use and you had the warm weather we had it would have been incredible!
