Perfect little ski lodge

Perfect in every way. Couldn’t want for anything more.We didn’t want to leave after our week spent there.

Absolutely stunning location. Lodge was beautiful. Enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. Also had some nice doggie friendly walks around the park.

Had issues with turning the oven on but once we figured it out was fine.

Fantastic trip away for a few days peace

This is a great little site - very quiet time, a lovely river and woodland walk, and very clean caravan. Shampoo, body wash, washing up liquid, sponges etc all provided. Small touches that made my arrival less stressful eg two oven trays already covered with tinfoil, lights and heating on as a welcome. Bed was very comfy, and hot tub was a great temperature. Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet little site. Beds comfortable and cabins were cosey when warmed up. 15 minute drive to town which had a wetherspoons amd a lidl.

Had to make our beds which wasnt ideal after a 9 hour drive

Holiday

Our caravan was lovely and clean. The site was well kept and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The shower was powerful and hot . The bed was comfortable and clean with mattress protection and pillow protection on. Everything thing you would need was available in the van . We would definitely go here again.

Lovely caravan and park.

The caravan we stayed in was lovely, modern and clean. Was a nice quiet caravan site. I would come back.

The hot tub wasn’t very warm. No restaurant, bar or toilet facilities on site.

Amazing - perfect getaway

The pods was spacious & extremely comfortable! The fully enclosed balcony was perfect for dogs! The shower & toilets were clean. The entire place was calm & peaceful. Check-in was simple.

Lovely glamping pod on a well maintained site.

Well organised and efficient. Site was very well maintained and communal washing facilities were well kept. The glamping pod was very clean and well equipped. Great value for money.

The only small criticism I can think of was the mattress was very soft and could do with replacing maybe with a memory foam one.

Second visit

This is a gem of a place I was hear at the start of the month and couldn't wait to get back ,place is spotless ,we had a a silly issue it must have took 5 mins and a member of staff was down and sorted it (big dogs should be leashed not allowed to run about free) brilliant if your fishing ,ideal for bird watchers ,visited lots of places this comes tops for a quiet break. Showers are hot and powerful plus spotless ☺

Best 3 days in 10 year fantastic, spotless place .

Pod was spotless staff helpful and cheerful amazing wee gem in a stunning peaceful part of cally with lovely walks and a river running through the bottom of the park definitely a place to get away from it all ,I'll definitely be back.

Not one thing the toilets are roasting the water pressure is fantastic honestly can not find one fault in this wee trophy 🏆

Friendly staff and in a beautiful setting.

Clean showers and toilets and the pod was comfortable and nice walks by the river. Staff was friendly and addressed any issues promptly.

Nothing really apart from not lots to do on the camp. Best used as a base for exploring the area. Fridge was leaking when we arrived but the staff came with towels to clean it up.

Luxury Lodge

We had the luxury lodge 3 with the hot tub and the setting was fabulous! Just at the edge of the river and it was so tranquil to sit in the hot tub listening to the river bubbling away! The staff were great and very accommodating as we arrived later then the check-in and they were so helpful. They also came to the rescue when I lost the back of my earring behind a fixed cabinet! Lodge was clean, beds comfy, heating was on and it was warm on arrival, fully equipped kitchen, essentials for dishwasher/washer, towels etc, salt/pepper & tea and coffee. The kids loved it and were in and out the hot tub after skiing for the week!

Lovely birthday treat.

We stayed in the 6 person pod next to the river. Perfect for us as a couple, warm and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and the sofa furnishings were of good quality. Gas appliances and well stocked with utensils. Park was very quiet wish we had been able to stay longer.

Shower pressure was terrible but other than that can’t complain. Think you would struggle with 6 adults as it is small but it was just the two of us so it was fine.

Nice residents, nice walks, NO onsite facilities.

Very clean

No facilities open, bar/restaurant has apparently been closed, for years, wasn’t made aware of this before booking and had nowhere to buy supplies. Also no staff available, no actual reception, no instruction on how to check in, ended up just trying the doors of all the glamping pods til we found one that was open, and it had my name on an envelope inside. Badly organised/communicated. No reception either, lucky we didn’t need anyone in an emergency.

We would highly recommend!

We loved the space and the layout in the pods. The park was immaculate and so clean. The facilities for the family were great, the kids all had a great time as did the dogs. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be booking again.

The heater (in the 4 person pod) was pretty noisy and just one setting, that's fine when staying in the summer months for a boost but when it's colder with cold nights a quiet heater with a few setting options would be better. It's not major but just a little niggle.

That the bar wasn't open on the tuesday. The bar man made us feel really welcome on monday , we wished it was open on the tuesday too.

Fantastic break

Glamping pod was spacious and maintained very well. We went as a couple to have a break away, but we will be returning with our toddler as there is a park on site and lots to do nearby. Staff were in contact if there were any issues. Very well situated and would highly recommend.

Caravan holiday in corriefodly

The caravan that i was in was spotless the caravan had everything you needed. Bedding microwave full size fridge freezer toaster welcome packet with tea coffee sugar etc. It’s a good place to go to if you want peace and quiet. The surrounding where the caravan was was lovely. I would recommend this to anyone who just want to have a nice quiet and peaceful holiday the only thing is you need to have a car

Disappointing

The caravan it self was was very nice and in a lovely location of the park.

Cleanliness of the bin lids were an issue for me as the only word I can use for them was filthy. I managed to get some of the dirt off so elbow grease is what is needed by your domestics. Small pot handle was very loose so that pot was not able to be used. No manuals in place to inform caravan user how to use appliances (manuals could have been laminated if Covid is being used as an excuse here and they can be easily cleaned). Noise of workmen directly at the back of caravan was endured over 4 days of a seven day break and amenities such as entry to office for pamphlets of places of interest to visit and being able to get a soft drink in main building were not available. Park was not Open as suggested.
