The chalet was clean and cosy. The ambience was delightful. The cabins are remote, which is good,the lake offers good views. There are lots of activities around the lake. It is near a lot of activity centers. Towels are offered. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and cutlery with a dishwasher. Heaters warm the place quickly. Backyards offer nice views, you can have meals if weather permits. The staff is courteous and polite, no fuss.
The cabins are remote, so some amount of preplanning for food and toiletries is required. We missed bringing some, so we had to go to Aviemore to get those.
The way to the chalets on the upper side of the hill are not marked. That caused some confusion initially for us, especially because we were quite late to reach the property. But the person on the other side was able to help us. We would have found it eventually. But it would be great if there are some additional signs on the outside road that goes from the outdoor center to the upper chalets. But these are minor niggles. Overall the experience was fantastic

Absolutely beautiful location, the view from our cabin was breathtaking. The surrounding area is stunning and the cabins have lots of extras provided. The lady who booked us in took us to the cabin and explained where everything was, she was very welcoming. We will definitely return.
The overpowering smell of urine when we opened the bathroom door. However, as soon as we mentioned it to reception the urine stained shower curtain was changed. We were not aware when we booked that the cabin was semi detached. The first night the neighbours were very loud, lots of shouting and tv blaring. The second night we had to ask the neighbours to move their van over so we could park in the shared area. If we had known it was semi detached we would have booked another one.

The location of our chalet was perfect for our family face to the Loch and next to kids' playground. A lot of activities are available and it was very comfortable for our group of 7.
The shower can be improved because as it is you cannot avoid water on all the bathroom's floor

Only half the hot tub worked, the check in time was very late and the check out time was very early, shower cubicle was very small
