Amazing house and grounds. Great location to explore Aviemore and the highlands. We have had a fabulous time the house was perfect with everything you could need and the gardens were such a great bonus for the kids and dogs to explore.

The gardens. They were exceptional .the steam room. Beds were fabulous. Outdoor equipment great
Only 1 cafetière for 9. Could have done with 2 The couch in lounge was really uncomfortable Formal dining room was a bit dark and damp smelling - we didn’t really need to use it as other table was perfect

Plenty of space, amazing surroundings in a great location with lots to do. peace and quiet, hot tub and amazing gardens. very unusual for host to provide so much, thank you
