Great location, was clean, accommodated a family of 8 and dogs with ease. It was clean, comfortable and had all amenities and more. Hot tub was also an added bonus

The property was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Avril was a great host with good communication. Would definitely return.
We could only get 4 people in the hot tub as it was very full of water. It would also be good to know of the extra charge for use of the hot tub before booking.

The perfect cosy house to stay in at this time of year. We loved that the hosts had gone to the trouble of putting up a Christmas tree, lights and decorations for us! The seasonal welcome basket was a lovely touch too. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the heating and hot water both very efficient. The hot tub was also a real bonus. The location is great, both being within easy reach of everything the town has to offer but also in a peaceful little estate within walking distance of the Speyside Way. Easy driving access to the stunning Cairngorms for fabulous walking too.

Very spacious house, kitchen was well equipped, owners were extremely helpful, hot tub was excellent! We visited in the winter so didn't make use of the outside space but was decently sized. There was plenty social space inside with 2 living room areas. Very reasonably priced given the size of the property, I would highly recommend Hector's house.
Hard to fault - only having 2 showers caused a bit of a bottleneck, having a showerhead in the upstairs bath would improve greatly
