Easy to access location, the unit was clean with a kitchen full of utensils. My niece particularly liked the bunk bedroom, it contained an arcade unit and was decorated to the preference of a child.
On a very minor note, I believe the shower drains need cleaning, water was not draining out quickly enough. It's a usual maintenance activity for any shower drain.

The property is excellent and we have booked to stay again. Rooms and space are excellent.
Couple of niggles:
Principal / Master Bed is in dire need of a new mattress. A topper has been added since our previous stay but the comfort lets the property down as other bedrooms excellent.
Garden - grass was overgrown until 12 days into the stay and was therefore a bit unfriendly for our children to play in
