Τhe location is ideal, at the end of the Pitlochry village, which serves as a convenient base for Glencoe exploration. The room is very nice, spacious with beautiful furniture, a quite large bed, seating area and a desk. Breakfast included a buffet and a lacarte options and the dinner was very nice with local products.
The wifi was poor. The room could include a power adaptor or a usb charger for non UK appliances.

There were lots of lovely little touches such as a residents lounge on the staircase landing with water, snacks etc. Good tolietries and again lots of nice touches such as a bottle of water in the room.
Nothing really - just be warned the walk from the high street while short is quite steep.

I was unlucky with a room that was on top of the kitchen, so the fan from the kitchen caused the entire room floor to vibrate between 6:30am and 10pm. That caused me to wake up earlier than intended.

The actual hotel was lovely and inviting. As our room was not ready on arrival, we were given complimentary drinks from the bar. It was a last minute booking for them and was understandable.
I had booked a mansion suite room. We were given a coach house cottage which although was a good standard wasn’t what we booked and paid for.
