Self catering fine. Think steep short slope needs to be stressed if walking from theatre to house. Lights in the dark up to house would be beneficial.

An explanation of distance from house to festival theatre if elderly. I am 72 , healthy and quite active. Slight incline up and down to theatre no probs , but, less active folks may might it a problem. The house is fab, clean, and so suitable for 4/6 people.

Spacious home, with great outdoor space too

The views from the garden are beautiful, a very spacious and well looked after home. It's got a great kitchen with a dining room to fit everyone. The beds are comfy and the showers are great! There are beautiful birds and red squirrels if you're lucky, also bats at dusk fly high in the sky, beautiful! Our 2nd year in a row at this cottage.

We loved this house

Breakfast was not included, we prepared our own in the spacious kitchen. All of the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Towels and laundry/dishwasher soap was provided and much appreciated after two weeks of hiking. The garden was beautiful and private; the parking roomy and level. The property was well kept; we would have liked to use the back patio but rain prevented that. Our host was gracious and helpful. This was the perfect place to end our Scotland trip!

Wonderful week, nothing not to love

Beautiful location, peaceful & quiet yet so close to the center of Pitlochry. We were able to easily cook and eat together in the large kitchen/ dinner.

Nothing! We didn’t get the evening by the fire pit that we wanted as it kept raining but we would love to come back and use it next time!

Fantastic location close to town centre with nice walks and pub on the doorstep. House was lovely and spacious and benefited from ensuites for every room. Great for young families as there are 2 playparks nearby

Total bliss.

This spacious 3-bedroomed house with large outdoor area and garden was ideal for our group. The en-suite bedrooms were especially appreciated 😄

The location was perfect, easy walk to town but far enough away so as not to be too busy. house layout brilliant as bedrooms all separated by another room. Kitchen dinner size is great, showers are all very powerful!

I always apreciate welcome basket on arrival at property this didnt happen at this property. no contact from host to check everything ok. Showers could do with a re seal as mouldy. Could not find a hoover and when you are in a house with children this would have been a good addition.

Mullingar is set in a beautiful, peaceful location. The house had large spacious rooms, extremely well equipped and beautifully designed. We would definitely stay again.
