Slightly further from the town centre than we thought however we loved the privacy and probably unfair to expect both at same time.

High end property, modern not chintzy, perfect position; quiet yet only a few mins from restaurants and pubs in Pitlochry. Cool garden with firepit and BBQ

Self catering fine. Think steep short slope needs to be stressed if walking from theatre to house. Lights in the dark up to house would be beneficial.
An explanation of distance from house to festival theatre if elderly. I am 72 , healthy and quite active. Slight incline up and down to theatre no probs , but, less active folks may might it a problem. The house is fab, clean, and so suitable for 4/6 people.
