Perfect base to explore Glasgow

Centrally located, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend visiting Glasgow. The discounted rate at the nearby NCP car park was great

Everything else made up for the fact you could hear all noise from outside.

10 minute walk to city centre, well equipped flat. Nice to have coffee pod machine and kettle to suit tea and coffee drinkers. Great to have walk in shower and a lively big bath. Comfortable beds.

The level of noise you could hear from outside. It didn’t appear to have double glazing and even though it wasn’t a busy street there was a lot of cars enhanced with noisy exhausts revving and going down the steep hill at all hours. I’d recommend ear plugs.

Step back in time into gracious living.

Good clear instructions about where to find apartment & keys, apartment warm clean comfortable, lovely decor, comfortable beds with clean linen & towels. Spacious hallway, very private loved the high ceilings. The common areas were fresh, tastefully decorated very inviting.

No 'human' contact from owners, only messages. Large windows were aesthetically pleasing but single glazed, one was cracked, as weather got colder felt drafted & cold. Plumming in main bathroom needed attention, tap came away in my hand, managed to use it after some fiddling. The furniture in living/kitchen was basic, this lovely apartment deserves big comfy couch & coffee table. Windows did not open or appeared not to, shash very tall. Our apartment faced onto side of building where there was building work going on, noisy & workers had a clear view into apartment. This l would say is temporary & there was no drilling or the like just workmen chatting moving equiptment in & out.

Very enjoyable, I felt safe.

Property was very central close to restaurants, bars, shopping area. Apartment was very well furnished and clean, everything I required for my short break.

I struggled initially to open outside door but I realised key was slightly bent and with a bit of effort I resolved this. When I contacted the agency they were very helpful.

We had a lovely long weekend. Comfortable and clean apartment. Found the property very easily.

No breakfast. Location very good. Easy walk to town centre though on quite steep hill but alternative routes.

Noise during night with boy racers on hill at front of property.. This is not owners fault Speed bumps or double glazing would help Could do to be better equipped i.e. tumblers more cups. We were party of four so made it work for us.

Not worth the money and not clean at all.

Area was not too bad.

The pictures made it look so much better than it is. We first entered the building entrance and from the very start it looked so dirty. The floor was so dirty and when we entered the apartment the pillows had small pieces of hair on them, couches were stained dirty, toilet had poo stained. Showers had multiple dirt stain marks and looked very worn out. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in this apartment and had decided to not stay the night and left to another hotel.

Lovely location with some lovely space.

The location was perfect - best of both worlds when walking to the Hydro or into the town. Nespresso was a nice touch (although I had to google how to use it). The rooms were spacious and the wifi was easy to connect. The beds were comfy and appreciated the fact that the bedding was available for the couch (it is a single bed almost!) as the click-clack bed in the Master bedroom isn't really a bed. TV was easy enough to figure out as a smart TV it has options, which is always great.

Well, to start with the ensuite shower makes a mess of water everywhere (needs more towels) and does not get hot enough, no matter how you try. This meant everyone showered in the other bathroom where it had hot water. Contacting the host, I am sure was a bot as I never got a real answer back once we checked in. It needs an electrician to sort the fan in the bathroom (doesn't work) and the lights in the kitchen (randomly worked and flickered). Sleeping in the front bedroom was very loud at night as the windows were single-pane and could use some soundproofing - they even got up to check thinking the window was open. It could use a tidy as in some new grout in places but that is normal for the UK.

Home away from home...would definitely return!

The Host was very responsive. The place was immaculate and very much a true reflection of the photos online. Very spacious and comfy...home away from home.

The only draw back was not receiving the instructions on how to access the key. The Host apologised and was very personable throughout my stay and kept in touch to make sure everything was OK.

Great flat.

Such a great location, really easy to walk everywhere from here. Beds were super comfy, and the apartment was decorated nicely. All very clean. Coffee machine and pods were a great touch. Enjoyed some much needed relax time here, as much as going out to enjoy what the city has to offer.

Unfortunately, there was building work right outside the bedroom window. Single glazing meant we could hear every fart and sneeze from the builders when they arrived at 630am on a Saturday... Wouldn't put me off staying again, although next time I'd take ear plugs!

Terrible - a complete rip-off

Location is good. beds were large and comfy. bed linen and towels were of good quality.

No extractor fans in bathrooms meant they smelt damp and mouldy. Looks directly at a very busy, very loud building site which gave no privacy at all and made it impossible to spend time in the property during working hours because of the construction. I feel this should have been pointed out to potential visitors. It totally ruined our stay. Wifi was 100% unreliable. had issues with it constantly and ended up having to go elsewhere to use internet. Watching TV using this service was hopeless. it just kept buffering all the time. again, not what one would expect and very frustrating. There are inly 2 kitchen chairs for the table which makes it hard to eat if there are more than 2 guests. There was no tea towel provided and no milk (not even longlife sachets) for tea or coffee - again, this is the least I would have expected.

The apartment says sleeps 6 but realistically think that should be 4 and 5 at a push .It would have been extremely squeezed and don't really know where the 6th person would have put up bed. The apartment is situated on a very steep hill Parts of apartment would need to be re painted

Location was fabulous right in the city centre.

When we checked in our apartment hadn't been cleaned so we were moved temporarily to another vacant apartment. We were given 30minutes or so notice to move back to our original booked apartment with 2 year twin boys and half party was in town buying tea.The single glazed windows made the apartment freezing and very noisy.we had no Internet access in the temporary apartment for my teen.
