It was incredibly dirty, bedroom stank of cigarette smoke. Bed sheets had black stains on them. Door to building doesn’t lock and there are no lights up the stairway. Felt very unsafe here

we really didn’t like the area. it was very dirty
The space of the property was good. The internet was very good.
The front door of the building could not be secured or closed. The building is in a very dirty area. In the street was always a lot of garbage on the street. People just put their garbage bags on the street. There were a lot of rats. The building doesn’t have a balcony how it might be appear, it’s a dark space in the backyard.

Apartamento super nojento, comida de outras pessoas na Geladeira, Apartamento todo sujo. Nao consegui dormir tive que alugar outro apartamento para minha familia. Tentei conversa com o proprietário e nem se quer me respondeu. Tinha baratas no apartamento. Esse apartamento nao deveria esta sendo alugado. Fiquei com prejuizo pois tive que alugar outro e o valor devolvido foi nem 1/2 pago. Não aluguem essa nojeira
