Families (at least) stay away
The only positive side for us was the location near the St Charles station. Bt the same time, the area isn't very nice.
The pics for the rooms are real, and the renovation of the flat looks nice, but the building is terrible. Please keep reading.
Where to begin... For beginners, this is not for families. The experience was more of an escape room to get the keys than a pleasant stay. I received critical information about check-in (like the precise ADDRESS!!!, codes etc) at 15:20 on the days of the stay. I requested information via all possible means days in advance, including booking.com client support, and not even them manage to contact the property. Incredible and unacceptable.
On top:
- Internet never worked.
- Impossible to sleep in the area, mega noisy including two fireworks sessions after midnight.
- The floor was disgusting.
- Pillows had no covers and were more disgusting than the floor.
- You wake up with the fresh smell of cigarettes after sleeping on those mattresses.
- A funny one, the floor is incredibly inclined and you feel dizzy all day just because this. If you place something round on the table or any surface, it's just going to roll away XD. I'd love to share a video, but it's not possible.
- Many more come to my mind, and we just spent ONE night, but I think this is just enough.

The location was okay, as the other reviews state the location is in a sketchy neigbourhood but everything is close by, and we had no problems with the neighbourhood
The apartment was very small, not like in the pictures, it was dirty, floor was not cleaned, we were not given any blankets just sheets, the blankets were packed and really dirty, no hairdryer, the sofa in the living room can be used for sleeping but it is extremely uncomfortable and we were not given any pillows or sheets for the 5th person, also the apartment is not sutiable for more than 4 people, not as advertised

The property itself is nicely done out and comfortable.
The location of this property is sketchy at best. I was leered at in the street whilst trying to find the place and did not feel safe. I contemplated paying for an night elsewhere so I could relax, but instead decided to stay in rather than go out for dinner and have to walk the gauntlet. After some research I found out this is a “hot area” for thieves etc in Marseille.

Un bon séjour dans l'ensemble sur Marseille.
L'emplacement du logement est à deux pas de la gare idéalement situé par rapport à tout les transports, les lits étaient confortables et nous avons apprécié la présence d'un lave linge et d'un sèche linge et de l'ensemble des équipements du logement(meubles et électroménager).Notre séjour s'est dans l'ensemble très bien déroulé.
Le chargeur de la box ne fonctionnait pas mais on a pu le remplacer par un chargeur de téléphone type C nous appartenant pour avoir une connexion Wi-Fi .Des petits soucis d'évacuation des eaux dans la douche qui restaient tout de même supportables.

Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement pour manque d’entretien
Décoré de façon moderne et principaux lieux d’intérêt facilement accessibles à pieds. Logement bien chauffé en hiver.
Manque criant de propreté du logement, le nettoyage n’avait été fait qu’en surface : traces de moutons au sol et surtout présence de cafards et de souris dans la cuisine. Absence de connexion wifi et aucune nouvelle du propriétaire pour y remédier malgré nos sollicitations. Par ailleurs, absence de communication en amont de notre arrivée pour les indications dont nous avions besoin pour organiser notre séjour.

A szállás egy borzasztóan rossz környéken található. A közbiztonság kritikán aluli. Nők, gyerekek, családok még véletlenül sem foglaljanak!
A kommunikáció a házigazdával: 0
Tisztaság: 0 (érkezés után kitakarítottam az apartmant, mert minden ragadt, mocskos, dohos, penészes volt)
WIFI:0 (Jeleztük a problémát, azóta eltűnt a szállásadó)
Felszereltség: 0 (ami esetleg mégis megtalálható az apartmanban, az mocskos, törött, életveszélyes)
Biztonság az apartmanban: 0 (a bejárati ajtót még csak be sem lehet zárni, ráadásul mindez egy olyan környéken van, ahol este 5 óra után nem lehet kimenni az utcára.
Segítséget semmiben sem kaptunk. Távozáskor a fenyegetőzés, hogy ha nem visszük le a szemetet, akkor 100 EUR-t számolnak fel.
Természetesen ezt magunktól is megtesszük minden egyes alkalommal. Három havonta utazunk, legutóbb Nizzában jártunk, de ilyet még ott sem tapasztaltunk.
Kicsekkoláskor szerettem volna visszatenni a kulcsokat az utcán egy korláton lévő kulcsszéfbe, de nem működött. Azonnal szóltam a házigazdának. Mivel az apartman bejárati ajtaján is volt egy kulcsszéf, abba tettem a kulcsokat. Ezt meg is írtam a szállásadónak. Természetesen személyesen is szívesen átadtam volna, de ez persze nem volt opció. Távozás után két órával kaptam egy üzenetet, hogy a sikátorban, ezen az életveszélyes környéken, az egyik korlátról eltűnt az üres kulcsszéf. Nem tudom, hogy azt gondolja-e a szállásadó, hogy szuvenírként lefűrészeltük-e, de nem is érdekel. Gondolom hazudik arról, hogy nincs ott, hátha le tud még rántani egy kis pénzzel.
Hosszúra sikerült, de még így is tovább tudnám részletezni, de nem teszem.
Röviden: iszonyatosan veszélyes környéken egy mocskos lakás, ahol semmi sem működik, segítséget pedig nem kapsz. Soha, de soha senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a rettenetet.

il proprietario dovrebbe rispondere ai messaggi del cliente, la zona pessima piena di malviventi e uomini, sconsigliato per un gruppo di donne, la casa ha il civico sbagliato , è 75 al posto di 15, le chiavi le avevano i 3 negozi attorno, del proprietario nemmeno una traccia, le chiavi ci sono state date senza nemmeno chiedere la verifica della prenotazione (potevano capitare nelle mani di chiunque), pavimenti storti, casa non completamente pulita, la cucina manca di pentole.

Lo bueno de este apartamento es que esta cerca del puerto, que es el centro y por dentro el apartamento esta bastante bien.
Llegamos un dia con lluvia y tormenta, nos informaron que igual podiamos entrar antes, estuvimos todo el dia esperando ya que la casera no nos contestaba. La calle del apartamento daba miedo, a pesar de estar cerca del puerto no podias llegar de noche, ademas la puerta del portal daba mucho miedo. El apartamento por dentro muy bien, pero la anfitriona fue muy complicada. Tardaba mucho en contestar, cuando pediamos informacion tardaba o incluso ni nos contestaba. El wifi no funciona, cuando nos paso la informacion le preguntamos porque no funcionaba y aún estamos esperando la respuesta. El apartamento, el suelo se veia muy sucio y era desigual. Y para acabar, no sabiamos si teniamos que dejar las 2 llaves juntas, le pregunte y lo mismo, seguimos esperando la respuesta.

El barrio es nefasto. En las fotos el apartamento se ve muy bonito, pero cuando llegamos allí está en un barrio marginal, en el que no es agradable (por decirlo suave) quedarse. Muy malas pintas por la calle y llegamos de día. no me quiero ni imaginar lo que es por la noche. Tanto booking, como los propietarios deberían avisar del tipo de barrio en que se encuentra el apartamento para que el cliente pueda decidir libremente si se quiere alojar allí, o no. Nosotros no nos quedamos porque nos dió miedo. Pese a poner una queja, no nos quisieron devolver el dinero. Hemos viajado por toda Europa y hemos estado en apartamentos de diferentes tipos, más lujosos, más sencillos, mejor situados, peor situados... pero este, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Le prix à la nuit est trop élevé pour ce standing.
L’emplacement de l’appartement était très pratique, à mi chemin entre la gare et le vieux port, tous les deux à 10mins à pied donc parfait pour les transports. La douche était grande. Les lits et le canapé étaient très confortables !
Le manque cruel d’équipements est à déplorer. Pas du tout le nécessaire en terme d’ustensiles de cuisine, une toute petite casserole pour 4 n’est pas acceptable, nous avons du faire des pâtes à la poêle.
Les équipements ménagers sont aussi manquants, pas de serpillère, pas de torchons, peu de sacs poubelles, de liquide vaisselle, de papier toilette. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de grille pain ni de sèche cheveux comme indiqué.
L’hôte n’était pas très à l’écoute lorsque je lui ai écrit pour lui poser des questions sur le wifi, les réponses étaient froides et courtes « le wifi est sur l’écran de la box ». La box n’était pas allumée, j’ai du la configurer seule.
Le quartier, bien que pratique, n’est pas très rassurant, d’autant plus pour un groupe de 4 jeunes filles.
Enfin, l’hôte nous a proposer de l’argent en échange d’un avis avec 10 étoiles.

Très bon appartement, idéalement situé et à prix imbattable
L'appart est imbattable en termes de rapport qualité prix : il est situé idéalement entre la gare St-Charles et le port de la Joliette, les deux points qui nous intéressaient. L'hôte a laissé des capsules de café et du chocolat, ce qui était très appréciable. Même s'il est un peu juste pour 6 personnes, l'appartement est parfaitement équipé, allant jusqu'à proposer un lave linge et un sèche linge, en plus des équipements habituels (machine à café, bouilloire, ...). S'il y avait deux petits points à améliorer ce serait de 1) mettre un rideau plus opaque sur le morceau de vitre incrusté dans le mur qui sépare les deux chambres et 2) que le lit de la deuxième chambre soit un peu plus grand.
Rien de particulier. Peut-être le fait que la ventilation des toilettes et de la salle de bain soient un peu bruyantes lorsque la lumière y est allumé, mais cela permet de limiter l'humidité de l'appartement.

Location pas vraiment idéale mais heureusement, notre séjour s'est bien passé par ailleurs.
Le loueur nous a autorisé l'accès 2 heures avant l'heure prévue, avec un message un peu tardif mais c'est déjà ça.
Une fois à l'intérieur, le confort était sommaire mais correct.
Les clients se plaignent du bruit. Effectivement, c'est certainement bruyant du fait de la fréquentation mais pour nous, en février, ça a été supportable.
Ne faites pas comme moi, lisez-bien les commentaires avant de louer :)
L'appartement est situé dans un quartier mal fréquenté (c'est stressant et surprenant à l'arrivée). Pas idéal pour une famille avec 3 enfants !
Les retours du loueur à nos questions avant l'arrivée ne se font pas ou que très peu. Manque de dialogue de sa part.
La procédure pour trouver les clés est complexe et s'apparente à un jeu de piste, avec des informations imprécises et erronées sur les détails du lieu (on annonce un nom de restaurant qui n'existe plus). L'entrée de l'immeuble est mal répertoriée (numéro de porte effacé sur le bâtiment, non lisible).
Lumière dans le hall à côté de la porte de l'appartement éclaire mal, ce qui complique l'accès à l'appartement.

El barrio donde está no es muy bueno, pero es cierto que no tuvimos ningún problema con nadie. Al llegar el anfitrión no contestaba a nuestras llamadas o mensajes, por un momento pensaba que nos quedaríamos en la calle, ya que en la ubicación que aparece aquí en booking sale la calle pero no el numero. Nos tuvo que ayudar un local a hablar con el anfitrión por mensaje en francés porque se ve que hubo un malentendido, pero el anfitrión en ningún momento nos dijo que había un problema. No se si volveríamos a alquilar este apartamento solo por la gestión del apartamento, pero es cierto que el apartamento en si estaba bien.

Mala experiencia, entorno sucio y peligroso.

La comunicación con anfitrión fue poco fluida, hubo incertidumbre respecto al horario de entrada, ya que solicitamos efectuar check in antes, tuvimos problemas con el acceso al departamento y encontrar las llaves,, la escalera es peligrosa, la baranda de la misma está suelta, además los escalones de la escalera tienen adoquines sueltos y una persona de mi familia se cayó al suelo. Un cobertor de cama del sofá cama estaba sucio, olia mal, se notaba que no había sido lavado.
Me llama la atención que la reserva fue cancelada por el anfitrión después de nuestro ingreso y hoy se me efectuó un cobro de garantía por casi 300 euros, motivo que desconozco, porque cumplimos con todo lo el anfitrión solicitaba para hacer el check out, como: lavar la loza, sacar la basura, dejar ordenas las toallas y sábanas, apagado el aire acondicionado y electrodomésticos, incluso hice un video, pensando que podríamos tener problemas. Espero que booking pueda resolver el problema.
