ATTENTION - he is a fraud. There is a problem with refunding the deposit. Despite the urgency, the deposit is not refunded for 14 days after the stay. Staying in this den then costs you just like a hotel.

It was awfull! We paid for two nights but left after the first night. Don't do it!
There is nothing positive to say about this stay. We left after one night even though we paid for 2 since it was awfull.
We hated everything about it and book another hotel within 5 min after arrival!! During check-in we had to pay an additional fee of 82 euros to get the code for the door. This was never refunded nor mentioned anywhere The host never replied any calls/mails etc We booked for 5 people but there were only two small beds. So no one got much sleep. The toilet was leaking so there was water all over. The apartment was dirty, the walls covered in old dirt and we didn't want to touch anything The apartment was on 4th floor but the railing in the staircase was broken. We really feared that the kids would take a free fall down the middle of the stair to ground floor. We tried to get a refund and booking.com tried to contact the owner for a refund/extra bed etc. etc., but there was never any respons at all.
