C’est un logement très beau, bien décoré.
La cuisine est très bien équipée.
Deux salles de bains pour deux chambres (c’est top), elles sont vraiment bien agencées, dont une à une baignoire.
L’emplacement est à 20 minutes de la gare et de l’accès au tram.
Quartier plutôt calme avec des petites supérettes de proximité.
L’hôte est disponible, c’est appréciable aussi.
- les serviettes de bain sont un peu vétustes, et pas propres.
Dans la petite chambre :
- le mobilier du lit : matelas, oreiller est vétuste et peu confortable.
- la literie du lit aussi mériterais d’être changé.

The property is very well equipped. It can easily be used for cooking. The location was very good for me in between different locations I needed to attend. The communication with the host was efficient and informative. The house was clean and everything detailed in the property profile was there and in good condition. There was even a nice bathtub in one of the 2 bathrooms and an upright accoustic piano and coffee machine which are all nice touches. The apartment is tastefully designed but gives a cozy and nice feel.
The house is set with 2 bedrooms. A single (1) bedroom and a double (2) bedroom. Both rooms are next to eachother and there is hardly any sound insulation between them. In general - sound travels very loud around the house, so in case the other room is also occupied and you are sensitive to sound - this can be a problem. The host informed me that another couple is meant to stay in the property so I understood that I am expected to share the house with those 2 people during my stay. Surprisingly - instead of 2, arrived 3 people, all sharing the one double bedroom right next to me. Obviously - this has consequences. Having 4 people in this space, which is not very big, is uncomfortable. Every arrival and departure of the group to and from the house was noisy and usually at very late night or extremely early morning hours when I was trying to sleep.. the group, in general was not considereate and made unacceptable noise during their stay in the house (speaking to one another shouting between the floors, listening to music from speakers on their phones etc..), one time one of the group even opened my room´s door as I was sleeping and woke me up. In general they also were poorly attentive to keeping the common spaces (kitchen and toilet) in good condition. There was constantly water on the floor of the bathroom from the moment they arrived, there were bottles and food left by them over common areas in the kitchen.. all of this left me in a very uncomfortable feeling, as I was trying to be respectful and always be quiet and clean around the house. I did communicate all of this information to the host before I left the property and she apologized and said she will look into it. I haven´t heard from her yet since again. I suggested she should put some more strict and clear standards of behaviour to guests since the house is shared and it is really necessary to set clear standards of conduct to avoid such incidents in the future. My stay was badly compromised.

Heel persoonlijk plekje van de heel sympathieke host die Marseille goed kent.
Het huisje is apart en gezellig met alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt.
Ik ga graag terug.
