Great location - great accommodation

Property was excellent location - very clean and tidy.

Stairs getting up to top floor were a minor inconvenience Had a minor issue with communications between booking and property owner - we were unable to get checked in as messages where not received and booking.com would not relay the information

Nice place for a home feeling

Wonderful view from the whole apartment. Clean and very cosy.

The building inside seemed to be a labyrinth but was okay. We figured out find the apartment.

Beautiful place in Old Town.

The location and view is superb!!! Lots of space for a family visting the Old Town.

Way too many stairs to get to apartment and the main door into the building was never locked. The car park that we were told about could not accommodate our van so we had to drive around and find another place to park and drag all our luggage several blocks.

Amazing accommodation! Very good value for money. Near the Port so felt safe! Host is very friendly and helpful too!

It not directly facing the port so could be a bit scary sometimes but otherwise its ok. Also the main door is not functioning so might feel a bit unsafe. And have to carry luggage up the dark stairway for one floor but that's okay I guess since everything else was good.

Disappointing- apartment not accessible

The property is at 5th floor and the elevator that is starting the first floor wasn’t working we were unable to take the luggage all the way to the apartment, the stairs are so tight and we had kids with us. We had to go and look for another property we were unable to reach the apartment with the luggage.

The room is exactly as in the photo. The location is wonderful with restaurants, train stations, bus stops and trams are all around with 1-5 min. walk. The view from the room’s windows is superb. Staff is very helpful and prompt to respond. Will definitely recommend to my friends and comeback again.

No elevator for the ground floor. have to lift the heavy luggage up along the long-narrow stair from ground to first floor to find the elevator.

Excellent location and facility. The apartment is spacious and cozy. 20-minute walk to the Catalans beach but there is also a bus straight to there. The host was super helpful!

There are 2 toilets but only 1 bathroom.

Exvellent location, view. Although through three small windows the view was excellent.

Bed linen and towels were stained and worn out. The couch was destroyed and the first day the ceiling was dripping just as we entered the appartmwnt. In general it requires a restoration. Too expencive for its condition.

Okay stay at the Loft

The loft has a great location and it has a beautiful view! Lovely living and dining area and two toilets (but only one bathroom) which is nice when you travel with a group of 8 adults. Well equipped kitchen. The host replies quickly.

It's a little bit too small for a group of 8 adults. The toilets didn't flush properly. Bath water from upstairs leaked down in the kitchen and caused electricity problems. And we also needed several new codes every day to be able to open de key box. Just one or max two code for the duration of our stay (3 nights) would've been way easier and efficient than a total of 6 different codes.

Exceptional

This property far exceeded my expectations. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and it's location simply can't be beat. It was perfect for my two children and I. If one rents a car as we did, the parking lot [underground] is an easy 80 meters from the front door. The washer/dryer was the cherry on top:) It allowed us to pack light and simply do a load to refresh our clothes.

It's likely out of the control of the owner, but the shared hallways one has to walk through to get to the apartment is a little dark, dank, and has a slightly unpleasant odor. That said, this minor flaw is trivial compared to the qualities of property itself!

L’appartement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Il y avait des miettes un peu partout, des taches au sol qui collaient, et le ménage semblait avoir été fait à la va-vite. Cela a donné une mauvaise première impression, dommage car le logement a du potentiel.
