It was good value for money and the location ideal but it was probably not the nicest area, a few people hanging around

Location. 3 bedrooms.

Not very clean. We were instructed to strip the bedclothes and leave by the washing machine. I have no problem doing such a task normally, but the quilt and pillows were fairly disgusting underneath.

Spaciousness and location, smooth keyless entry

No cooling just a little fan that barely works, so it was hell with this heat (July) and it was on the forth floor with no elevator so it was another struggle to get upp all the bags. The parking was another struggle.

El apartamento un 4° piso sin ascensor y teniamos una persona mayor con problemas de movilidad. El sistema de la tv no funcionaba. El radiador de la sala y de una habitación no funcionaba. El grifo de la cocina roto y descolgado. La ropa de cama y toallas con olor a humedad y sensación de no haberse cambiado. Las ventanas atascadas. Las fotos del anuncio son mera imaginación o del dia de la inaguracion. En resumen, parece una zona desmilitarizada, recomiendo no alquilar o contratarlo.

Logement salle et inadapté pour une famille... 4eme etage sans ascenseur

L'établissement était pret des transports en commun etc...

La description de l'établissement et les photo ne correspondent pas vraiment. Appartement est situé au 4eme etages sans ascenseur. Il aurait été préférable que cela soit précis dans l'annonce. Cuisine pas tres fonctionnelle. Pas de planche de decoupe comme sur la photo. Nous n'avons pu faire a manger comme nous le voulions. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient en mauvaise état. Lave linge non fonctionnels, grille pain cassé et non fonctionnels. Four très salle et nous n'avons pu l'utiliser. Des cafards dans la cuisine. Nous avons meme vu des traces sur les mures. Je suis étonné que le gestionnaire est laissé c'est trace. Le logement n'est plus entretenu a mon avis. Les robinets de l'evier et de lavabo ne tiennent pas correctement. Nous somme obligé de les tenir. Lavabo est a un auteur de 1m10 ou 1m20 tres haut les enfants ne pouvez meme pas l'utiliser seul. Je peux en dire encore plusssss.....+++++. C'est la première fois que je mets un commentaire comme celle ci et désolé pour le propriétaire car le logement et géré par un gestionnaire.

Appartamento con ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. Check-in e check-out fatto in autonomia. Appartamento spazioso e camere ben posizionate tra loro. Zona soggiorno e cucina veramente spaziosa. Letti comodi

4 piani di scale con piastrelle rotte hanno reso difficoltoso il raggiungimento dell'appartamento. Appena entrate abbiamo sentito un forte odore di FUMO, che non ci è piaciuto. L'arredamento semplice ma vistosamente vissuto, soprattutto per gli accessori della cucina ci ha impedito di pranzare o cenare lì, rimediando con un DELIVEROO.

Razoável para uma estadia curta, para quem não vá passar muito tempo em casa. Mas que não seja maniaco com a limpezas

O Alojamento era relativamente central. E tinha boas condições no geral.

A rua onde se situa tem um bar bastante mal frequentado mesmo ao lado da porta de entrada. A casa estava suja, edredons imundos. Tinham deixado lixo na casa de banho. Janelas que fecham mal. Loiça pouco lavada.
