Location and facilities. Close to metro station and buses
No dryer but could hang limited amount of clothes outside on balcony. Could do with some tea towels in kitchen. Apartment needs some tlc nothing major insect screens ripped on windows

Très bon accueil et disponibilité. L'appartement est proche du métro et des petits commerces. La présence de la clim était un réel plus :-)
Des petites réparations ne seraient pas superflues (dans le Massilia 2).

Esta aprop del centre, a 10 mins caminant. L'apartament està ben aprofitat i te aire acondicionat. Però el mobiliari és molt senzill.
Està localitzat en un barri senzill. L'entrada a l'edifici és bastant bruta. A l'apartament li cal una neteja profunda. H ha força pols quan obres armaris i telerinyes a la lampara. Alguns coberts estaven bruts. Sembla que l'han netejat només per sobre. Les cadires son inestables i quan hi seus sembla que haigis de caure. Hi ha pocs estris de cuina, sembla més que hagin arreplegat el que els ha sobrat d'altres llocs.
