The apartment itself is lovely, the owner was kind and let us in outside of the check in hours as we landed quite late. The location was near a big Lidl and metro/tram stations. I saw other comments stating the stairs were bad, but not at all, it's on the 1st floor and the stairs were just normal stairs :) Also very close to the bus that goes from/to the airport, about a 15 minute walk.

The area is not the greatest. Very masculine and alot of sketchy characters at night. Also quite smelly right outside. Very loud at night with shouting outside the window. We felt safe, but we always aimed to get to the apartment before sun down. When we were leaving the apartment at around 4am we were happy we chose to do that, we saw many "sketchy" characters on the way to the bus station once again. But but, its not something the owner can controll, and other than that I would really recommend this place to all except maybe solo female travellers( for your own peace of mind)

Benjamin le propriétaire a été parfait et particulièrement disponible. Le logement est à proximité de tout et très bien entretenu.

La flexibilité du propriétaire, la proximité avec le centre-ville et de la gare. l'appartement est neuf, trés propre et spacieux.
