Nice apartment from which it is easy to explore Marseille

Great location, liked the 3 bedroom setting and the spaciousness of the apartment. It is on the 4th floor but with a small elevator. We ended up taking the stairs for exercise 😃

Exellent appointment to explore the city of Marseille.

Fantastic space, beautiful decor, all appliances and amenities at hand. Sylvie and Gilbert were incredibly helpful. A perfect stay for 2 adults and 3 teenagers with room for more. Very close to the train station

In een van de slaapbanken, lag afval van vorige gasten. Erg vies, want je weet niet hoe lang het er al ligt. Volgende keer graag grondig schoonmaken.

Nous aimons regardé la télévision allongé dans notre lit mais cela n'a pas été possible puisqu'on a pas réussi à l'allumer

J'ai bien apprécié l'intérieur de l'appartement (pas les parties communes), La climatisation, la douche, les chambres, les lits et la cuisine. L'intérieur correspond à ce que j'attendais de part le descriptif sur Booking point com.

Deux choses que je n'ai pas appréciés: 1/ Un horaire imposé d'arrivée à 18h pour un départ imposé à 10h signifie que je paie 193 EUR la nuit pour 16h seulement de séjour réel sur 24h de location. Vous me réduisez de 8h (une journée ouvrable) mon séjour. Et ces horaires ne sont pas mentionnés dans votre offre sur booking. Vous ne me l'apprenez et m'imposez qu'après avoir payé. Ceci est contraire à toute règle de l'hotellerie en France et dans le monde. Le check in est toujours à partir de 14h au plus tard. Et les Horaires de check in et check out doivent toujours être annoncés avant le paiement. Je suis un grand voyageur international pour mon métier (Business Manager mondial chez HP les ordinateurs) et je vous confirme. Ce point vous est amméliorable facilement en vous alignant sur la pratique de l'hotellerie. 2/ L'état de l'entrée de l'immeuble (partie commune) et ascenseur est très décevant. On se croirait en HLM. Pas à la hauteur du prix annoncé.

Bella casa in ottima posizione

La posizione, a due passi da La Canebiere e vicino ad un parcheggio, le camere ampie e spaziose, il letto molto comodo, l’host che è stato molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere un fraintendimento che poteva pregiudicare la nostra vacanza, l’ascensore, piccolino e rumoroso (sembra di fare una risonanza ogni volta che si usa 😂), ma veramente prezioso e difficile da trovare in altre strutture in zona che non siano alberghi

I cuscini a parer mio sarebbero da sostituire, non ne ho trovato uno che andasse bene. La casa può ospitare fino a 8 persone, ma al momento c’è un unico wc, questo può essere un problema

Een mooi appartement met alle comfort.

Wat vooral tegenviel was het feit dat er maar 1 wc was. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen. Ook de tweede badkamer was zo klein dat ze nauwelijks te gebruiken viel. Wat de ligging betreft zou ik niemand aanraden om ‘s avonds alleen buiten rond te lopen.

Wir haben sehr gern in dieser Wohnung gewohnt.

Die originelle und schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer waren per telefon Kontakt sehr hilfreich und freundlich z.B. bei der Einstellung der Thermostate für die Heizung . Schade, dass man keinen persönlichen Kontakt haben konnten.

Bei 6/7 Personen wäre eine zusätzliche Toilette sehr angenehm..
