Perfect

This studio was excellent ! I stayed for a week while working remotely and visiting family nearby, and it was the perfect choice. It’s a calm place with air conditioning, and the balcony is charming, making for peaceful mornings and evenings with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The internet connection was excellent for remote work. Everything is within walking distance, there's a nearby park for running, and the studio is clean, modern, and well-connected. Darius was very kind and responsive, both before and after my stay!

The smell should be addressed.

The properties had all the facilities required, there was even a washing machine that was unexpected. Nice sushi restaurant close by. Air conditioning and clean sheets.

The property had a terrible smell, we stayed for 2 days and could not get rid of it, it smelt like an open drain with stagnant water. There was not enough hot water for 2 of us to shower one after another. The TV had no internet access, so we could not watch any of the streaming services. Some of the power outlets did not work.

Studio reposant

J’ai beaucoup aimé ce petit logement, digne d’un hôtel ! Propre, moderne et élégant 👍🏻. Le personnel, réactif et à l’écoute, a trouvé immédiatement une solution au petit souci rencontré.

Ce que je trouve dommage, c’est que le tarif pour un petit chien comme un chihuahua soit le même que pour un chien de grand gabarit. En 11 ans, c’est la première fois que l’on me facture pour mon chien, ce qui m’a surprise.

L’appartement avec la petite terrasse est superbe, d’autant plus qu’il y a la climatisation. Mr MENDES a été présent pour répondre à toutes mes questions et très disponible.

La propreté de l'appartement, la salle de bain quasi neuve ainsi que l'appartement qui est très soigné , également au niveau décoration! un voisinage adorable! pas de bruit… Le top du top. Nous avons eu un problème sur la porte le propriétaire nous a fourni tout de suite une réponse et nous a fourni un nouvel appartement immédiatement afin que nous n'attendions pas! vraiment je reprendrai cet location pour d'autres personne de ma famille ou des amis , je suis vraiment très très contente!

Une seule suggestion d'amélioration pour ceux qui veulent pouvoir cuisiner un minimum il manque un peu de vaisselle pour faire cuire , ...

Está muy bien equipado y tiene todo lo que necesitas. El acceso al centro y sitios de interés es fácil

El uso tan tarde de la lavadora, ya que solo se puede utilizar de 22:30 a 7:00 lo que me parece incómodo, al igual que el área de la ducha no estaba limpia, tiene moho, colocar un solo rollo de papel higiénico y café solo para un día. Son cosas que considero pueden ser más generosos ya que no son costosos pero si generan confort al huésped

Nous avons clairement été déçu par l’inconfort

Le canapé lit petit et très inconfortable La lumière du soleil car volets non opaques Des horaires spécifiques pour utiliser le lave linge Immeuble avec voisins trop bruyant en soirée Nous avons été surpris par l’arrivée de la femme de ménage à 9h55 le jour du départ !

Établissement à éviter, un accueil malsain, un appartement malodorant, avec comme compagnie des moucherons.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Des photos qui ne correspondent pas aux prestations proposées. Des équipements vieillot une machine à laver utilisable que de 22 heures à 7h du matin. Bon courage pour dormir. Un matelas si fin que l’on dort directement sur les lattes. Et et le plaisir de faire sa toilette au milieu des moucherons. En résumé, loué ailleurs pour votre bien-être.

C'est la Troisième fois que je séjourne dans le studio de la villa et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d'un nouveau séjour sur Marseille L'établissement est dans un endroit calme, proximité du parc du Bocage à 30 mètres, parking à quelques pas,, commerces à proximité. Studio bien aménagé, propre et confortable; Accueillie par le propriétaire, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Merci Darius

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel.

Le canapé clic clac pour dormir avec un matelas fin, un oreiller peu ample m'ont cassé le dos et le cou, la housse du clic clac très très sale et usé.

Appartement calme, propre, très clair. Stationnement sans souci proche.

Quelques soucis d’éclairage vite réglés par le propriétaire. Chauffage un peu bruyant mais le soleil a bien chauffé l’appartement donc il ne nous a pas trop servi.
