A beautiful and inexpensive apartment with a pool.

This is a beautifully kept, comfortable property. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the pool was a lovely extra to have in such a reasonably priced apartment.

Good accommodation for pairs for a few nights.

Calm, independent building. Free parking. The public transport bus is within 5 minutes walk, easy to get the metro line.

The bathroom 'smells' a little bit. (Maybe because of the rain). Does not ventilate. Tee WIFI drops when raining.

Nice place to stay

The place is nice and clean, with all amenities. Maybe a little too small for our family. But most of the time we spent exploring Marseille, so it was good enough. Free parking space. Swimming pool. We liked this place

Great place for up to three people in a quiet area. 5min drive from grocery store and metro station.

Self-contained stand-alone all-in apartment with access to a pool, located in a quiet area. Adjacent was a covered bbq patio with a large outdoor table.

The fold-out beds were a bit saggy and one leg was broken off the frame.

Franchement 1 semaine superbe dans un appartement très bien agencée, propre calme, avec tout le matériel souhaiter, je recommande fortement, Nous comptons revenir prochainement, encore un grand merci 🙏🏽😊

Bon séjour dans un logement conforme à la description.

Logement au calme, dans une impasse avec parking. Grand jardin et piscine disponible (pas utilisée à cette saison de l’année). Nombreux équipements appréciables : four, micro-ondes, machine à café Nespresso, machine à laver. Le prix de la nuitée est intéressant sur Marseille.

La vaisselle du logement est minimaliste : un seul couvert par personne, une seule casserole. Il manquerait des lampes de chevet et un dévidoir pour le papier WC. Et dommage que la douche fuit en continu.

Lo que más destaco de la estancia fue la amabilidad de Christian y su mujer, sobre todo su esfuerzo por comunicarse con nosotros en Español, estuvieron muy atentos desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Excelentes anfitriones. El studio ni se diga. Acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia con el plus de la piscina. Por último la ubicación muy tranquila y en zona residencial, cerca a todos los lugares de interés

Propriétaire très disponible, serviable et réactif à la moins demande, en etant discret cordial respectueux. Studio dans maisonnette indépendante fond du terrain, verdure, vu piscine, accès simple 15mn centre marseille ds quartier sécurisé et calme! Pièce propre conviviale bien équipée Place parking dans cours Un fauteuil bz lit pour notre fils. Store sur porte Espace pour manger dehors Vraiment monsieur votre gîte frise le parfait. Merci pour votre accueil

Rien, juste allez des petits détails de finition, de residence de luxe car le lieu le meriterait et qui vous ferait avoir le 10 : capsules café, dévidoir papier wc, une petite déco salle, du savon, une serpilliere… peut-être extérieurs un zest plus finis. Enfin quasi rien, juste axe de perfection .

L’emplacement et la tranquillité était pour nous important et c’était ok . Coin jardin agréable.

Le nettoyage du studio était négligé. Dommage pour une si jolie propriété . Un peu de déco serait plus chaleureux .

Зелёная территория с возможностью покушать за столом на улице, своя парковка.

Давно незаконченный процесс строительства. Возле входа в апартаменты стоит бетономешалка, на трассе пыль и мешки с цементом. Бронировали и платили за троих, но постельного белья для детской кровати (раскладное кресло) небыло, как и полотенец для всех. Удобная продуманная кухня и отсутствие такой мелочи как крепление для туалетной бумаги. В начале марта бассейн больше похож на парковый пруд.
