L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate des transports en commun (métro 1 et tramway 2), de plusieurs boulangeries, supermarchés et d’un Carrefour. Situé juste à côté de la Canebière, il permet de rejoindre le Vieux-Port de Marseille en quelques minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, très sympathique et partage d’excellents conseils sur les lieux à visiter et se montre très arrangeant pour les arrivées et départs tardifs, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Je le recommande vivement !!
Lors de la douche, l'eau a tendance à déborder car il n'y a qu'un simple rideau. Pour l'avenir, il serait judicieux de penser à installer une petite porte ou une paroi de douche pour éviter cela.

L'emplacement, l'accueil
La literie très sommaire, plus proche d'un lit d'appoint que d'un vrai lit, canapé plus du tout confortable, douche mal fichue, ensemble pas du tout "refait à neuf" mais plutôt "refait récemment" mais très mal refait. Les baguettes sont mal posées, les enduits mal faits, le plan de travail de la cuisine et le meuble sont du bricolage d'amateur. Ce serait respectueux d'avoir des choses bien faites et propres. Cf. les photos jointes.
