Nice apartment, great location, big room, comfy beds, clean place, value for the money paid. I also liked that the shower and the toilet were separated, two bathrooms with two sinks, quite practical for a family.
Was a bit noise but manageable and ear plugs offered were very useful. After walking all day, we were so tired that the noise from outside didn't really affected our sleep over night, and in fairness the beds were very comfy.

The host provided very clear and detailed instructions and was answering very fast + providing additional info, not related to the apartment.
The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people who like to cook. All equipment works.
Ideal balcony with Paris (!yes) view.
Ideal location for discovering the city
Unfortunately, the street outside is extremely noisy due to tram line(( windows are with poor sound isolation, so sleeping was not good
