Horrible is a nice word for this!!!!

Absolute scam!!!!! Nothing was good!!!!!As i could not access the property with the instructions the owner gave!!!!! Firstly, the first keybox was emtpy!!!!! Secondly, one of the many keypad doors that you have to pass to enter the property was not working.

This is an absolute scam. Firstly, the neighbourhood is the worst in marseille i think. Trash all over the street, excrements smell, broken window doors at the entrance of the building. Secondly, i could not access the building!!!! The owner gave me some instructions, but they were absolute bullshit. They told me to search for a keybox in the middle of the street, which was empty!!! Then, there was one door i passed when somebody got out, since i did not get the first key. Then it comes a second door where i am supposed to enter a code. The keypad did not work!!!!! So unfortunately i had to book another hotel for the night. This in unnaceptable!!!!! I request a full refund since i did not profit of what i paid for!!!!!

Nice flat well-conneted to the city center

Big and comfortable apartment next to Metro station of ligne 2 and close to a supermarket. It has a furnished kitchen and a balcony. It was nice to find a coffee machine and coffee pads inside. The host and the cleaning lady were really nice, polite and helpful. And they let me deposit my bag in the apartment before the indicated arrival time.

There were some minor issues. The arrival was a bit complicated. I only got all the details (how to find the flat and the door codes) after I asked myself. Still, it was fairly complicated to get into the building. Same with the internet password - I had to ask for it and only got it the next day. I suggest to the host to provide this kind of information timely and proactively. Also it would be nice to have 2 bath towels and at least one kitchen towel at my disposal.

L hygiène générale Des serviettes hygiéniques dans le tiroir de la de bain Ainsi que des cheveux Des draps housse chiffonnés dans les tiroirs de cuisine, et des paquets de Chewing-gum ,c ‘est n importe quoi, ainsi que des sachets vides Les serviettes de bain avec ses odeurs horribles La prise multiple de courant traînant à 20 cm du robinet cuisine danger ! Les produits qui traînes La crédence salle non fixée sur le mur Une petite cuillère à café unique en service Les fourchettes sales mal lavées La brosse des toilettes 30 ans d existence dégoûtant Pas de lampe dans la chambre . L ascenseur qui ne marchait depuis plus de 2 mois après contact avec les locataires avoisinants Et j en passe .. J ai des photos si quelqu’un veut la preuve

TODO SEGUN LO PREVISTO

El apartamento esta a dos minutos de la entrada del metro. La cama es muy confortable y tiene una terraza muy agradable. El anfitrión es muy amable y está pendiente de la estancia

Algunos de los enseres de cocina estaban bastante sucios asi como el wc. Se agradecería algo de gel de ducha ya que llegamos muy tarde por la noche y ya que las compañias de vuelo de bajo coste casi no permiten equipaje no llevabamos y tampoco había donde comprar.

Globalement notre séjour dans ce airbnb nous a laissé un sentiment de vacances réussies.

Appartement clair, confortable, présence de plantes vertes appréciable, proximité des commodités. Réactivité du propriétaire dans la gestion des demandes du client. Séjour impeccable, je recommande cette location.

Une amélioration peut être au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine. Quand on reste une semaine dans un endroit, on est amené à faire la cuisine et il n'y avait aucun couvercle de casserole ou marmite. On s'est débrouillé mais pour les prochains clients....

Pas grand chose!

La prise du logement qui était pas prêt et le ménage est passé le soir laissant du linge juste acheté en magasin avec l'étiquette encore dessus donc sale ! Heureusement j'avais une serviette avec moi mais pas de draps donc pas très agréable! la conciergerie pas vraiment disponible tout à distance

j ai apprecie marseille tres belle ville.

Le quartier tres arabe et bruyant je ne m attendais pas a me retrouver fans une cite. A cause du quartier on n est pas sorti le soir se balader au vieux port et les escaliers etaient tres sales avec les odeurs nous avons du les prendre car l ascenseur du rez de chaussée ne marchait. A notre etage les murs etaient sales et des papiers trainaient dans les couloirs.

Заезд был максимально простой и понятный.В квартире все что нужно есть для готовки еды. Отличный балкон. Расположение супер, прямо возле метро Насиональ, есть супермаркет, правда такой себе. Лучше в Carrefour ходить. Дом находится в отдельной закрытой зоне с паролями и ключами, дом относительно новый. В квартире все чисто, убрано вопросов нет.однозначная рекомендация. Персонал вежливый, помогал всегда.Однозначно отличное жилье.
