Nice n safe

The owner is very nice and helpful.he made us feel like home.The place is not far from Vieux Port (30min walk) and the bus station is near unless want to walk

The area is like in North Africa village.quite busy and shabby. Anyway safe. The room ventilation isn’t quite good.

Superb

LGBT-friendly place, the owner is nice, and the apartment and the room are very clean. The breakfast is ok. 👌However, the neighborhood doesn't feel safe. We were staying as a company of 3 girls. The location is 20 minutes walk from the central bus/train station and 30 minutes walk to the center. We took a taxi every night we were coming back to the place because we didn't feel safe walking at all, a lot of sketchy lonely men on the streets.

Un logement pas cher, mais situé dans un quartier pas très agréable

Le propriétaire a bien communiqué et il était poli. L'hébergement est bien equippé et propre, il a des cafés et thés à préparer.

L'emplacement pas trop idéal, c'est situé dans un quartier avec de gens étranges. 10 minutes en bus de la gare Saint-Charles dans une compagnie pas très agréable pour deux filles. On n'a pas osé de sortir le soir sauf pour un magasin du coin juste à côté. La douche et la toilette sont juste en face de la cuisine, sans une porte appropriée et sont partagés pour au moins trois chambres.

Une seule prise dans la chambre, qui ne fonctionne pas. La clim qui s'arrête dans la nuit. La lumière du couloir trop forte quand on se lève dans la nuit.

Si votre porte monnaie est juste, une bonne adresse.

Le prix est le principal argument, le quartier fait penser à Marrakech, et une douche, un WC pour 3 chambres ..... Mais on en a pour son argent, il est vrai. Le patron m'a l'air d'un brave homme, il fait avec ce qu'il a.

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et très sympathique. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une ou deux nuits. Les lits confortables. Rapport qualité/prix tout à fait convenable. Un des logements les moins cher de Marseille.

Cela manquait un peu de propreté dans les sanitaires commun. C'est un logement de dépannage pour une clientèle qui reste peu de temps et avec peu de moyens. Reste tout à fait convenable.

Quarto sem janela. Dificuldade na localização, casa de banho sem privacidade, muito pequena. Nada tinha ar natural. Cozinha mal equipada, muito pequena.

Laurent ci ha colpiti per la sua semplicità e genuina cordialità. La casa è particolare, grande, pulita, ed arredata con gusto particolare. La colazione è stata buonissima ed abbondante. Ci è sembrato di essere a casa. Grazie di tutto.

La propreté( table salle, chaise qui colle avec une cuisine qui déborde de vaisselle ) , l'hygiène de vie , le partage de la vie communautaire. ( Nous regarder a chaque fois que nous allons aux toilettes ou salle de bain ) . Nous dire le.premier jours que c'est tranquille et le lendemain après une nuit horrible . Que c'est habituel . Voisin qui hurle police pompier . Le bruit horrible qu'il faisait , recevoir d'autres occupants a 00h et que sa hurle , ou cours dans les escaliers. Devrais réécrire sont intitulés car nous partageons son quotidien .
