We liked the location wasn't far from the wharf but hard to find since we walked from the train station. Very near the main street with trams going in different directions.
The outside was messy and quite noisy at times. The apartment is on the 5th floor (tall floors) with NO lift, even though the listing mentioned there was a lift at the property. We were only notified that there is no lift in the check in doc sent right before we arrived. The aircon was also broken on the first night and an alarm went off all on the second night which turned out to be an alarm for a small flooding in the utility closet right beside our front door.
