The excellent location made it a good place to stay but the difficulty of access means we couldn’t recommend it to older

It’s central location It was clean

It’s on 5th floor with no lift. There was no warning in advance. With heavy cases this was a hard climb. Some elderly travellers would not have managed it. We were told we’d be met at the property but it was a zoom call. The duvet was hidden under the mattress- no way of knowing.

Looks cute but lacks a bit of comfort

Looks cute, kitchen was fully equipped incl salt, pepper and oil. Convenient location. Very secure

Located on the 5th floor with no lift. The floor is cracking and the bathroom finishes are not very high end. The bed was not very comfortable as the mattress basically just lays on a plank of wood.

Great appartment in a scary city.

Nice room, with good facilities. It had everything we needed and it was very spacious. Close to the train station. The airco was good too!

The neighbourhood felt sketchy. As two young women we felt a bit unsafe on the street. You also have to climb a lot of stairs. We didn’t really understand how to get in the first time, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was super clean and very nice, exactly like the pictures. The hosts were super helpful as well. And very nice airconditioning. And next to the metro and close to old port.

Check in was easy, the location is great, very central, and the studio has everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was working. It was a nice stay

Wi fi was weak and the bathroom/shower area could have a curtain like in the pictures to give a little more privacy

Absolutely terrible

Cute balcony

Very bad experience. There were cockroaches, ants and gnats everywhere under the pillows and mattress. We had a roll of toilet paper for 3 days which was obviously not enough and we bought our own, as it also had a blue stain from some cleaning detergent. The check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. You have to inform them of your arrival time from the beginning so that someone will come to open the door for you, and while we had mentioned the time we would arrive, we waited 30 minutes. The girl that check us in, looked to be in a hurry, not really friendly. The air conditioner never worked and we froze from the cold in the evening. When leaving you must clean the apartment and dispose of the trash as you will be charged for each additional 30 minutes that the cleaner will need to clean the room ( something that was NEVER mentioned when booking the room). Towels are washed in a washing machine right outside the room and dried in the washing machine, they remain in the washing machine until the next guest arrives. From the day we arrived until the day we left (4 days) there were the same towels in the washing machine. The internet was not working and we were using our MB's. The towels and sheets were dirty. Very bad experience and from the surrounding neighborhood, dangerous people, dangerous neighborhood.

Rough area, couldn’t get hold of the host and had to wait stranded in a dark street. 5th floor with no elevator with steep steps and loose tiles.

Nice room but not recommended for those with heavy luggages

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Communication was great as well. The moka pot in our kitchen was not working properly and as soon as we told the host it was replaced right away.

Not recommended for those with large/ heavy suitcases because it is truly a climb going up and down 5 floors of stairs without elevator.

- It has a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove that really helps you save some money. - the ambience

- the wc is veerry small, feels like entering a cupboard. I mean, if you are not very slim or you are claustrophobic you'll have to leave the doors open. - the place didn't felt that clean Tip for the host: please elevate the chandelier over the main area - it got constantly stuck in our hair.

Location was great everything close by host was very nice took time to meet us as we got lost he was 5 star . So overall a great holiday

si l'appartement n'était pas au 5ème sans ascenseur il serait très bien

la décoration de l'appartement, très jolie, et sa situation.

pas d'accueil sur place, tout se fait par téléphone, ce qui n'est pas idéal. mais surtout LES 5 ETAGES A PIED, 118 marches en tout, vraiment très pénible. Il vaut mieux être en forme pour réserver dans cet appartement !
