Emplacement dans le centre.
Je n'aime pas poster d'avis négatif mais j'écris ici ce que j'aurais aimé lire avant de réserver ce logement. Les parties communes étaient non seulement dégradées mais également sales. L'appartement sentait la frite en permanence à cause du restaurant situé au RDC, ce qui a imprégné nos vêtements. La porte est très mal isolée, le froid de la cage d'escalier pénètre dans l'appartement. Nous avons entendu du bruit une bonne partie de la nuit à cause du simple vitrage.. dommage.
