Furnished like a hotel suite and located 100 m from the Old Port. The flat is ideally located for exploring Marseille.
The flat has all the necessary amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay, whether you are traveling for business, visiting family, or sightseeing.
The Parme flat is located on the 6th floor and offers:
- A well-equipped kitchenette (electric kettle, toaster, 2-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave) with dining area
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A living area with a convertible sofa bed
Free WiFi internet access and a flat-screen TV
Linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towels.

The flat is located on the 6th floor of a building with an lift (which goes up to the 5th floor, so
there is one floor to climb on foot).
Parme is located on Place Charles de Gaulle in Marseille's Old Port. The Old Port is the heart of Marseille, where fishermen returning from sea come to sell their catch every morning. It is also the departure point for shuttles to the Frioul Islands and the calanques. Everything can be done on foot. There are many public transportation options that will allow you to visit the city, as well as bars and restaurants at the foot of the building.
You can park your car at the Charles de Gaulle car park, less than 100 meters from the flat.
From St Charles train station: Take the metro from St Charles station to the Vieux Port exit.
Self-service bikes: Station no. 1004 General De Gaulle Paradis
The Parme flat is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be ready for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will show you around the flat, explain how everything works, and give you the keys.

Parme - Les Cocons "Good location but wouldn't stay again due to the bathroom
🙂 The location was great and the staff were great..
🙁 The only complaint would be is the bathroom is horrible.. you cannot stand in the shower because you'll hit your head on the beam and slant of the wall, the door hits the toilet, very poor layout.. very tight space in the bathroom.."

Parme - Les Cocons "Very good apartment; good location. Definitely recommended. We will re-book in future.
🙂 Really comfortable apartment, quiet and light. Plenty of space.
Brilliant aircon. Bathtub as well as shower in our one.
Nice view out over that part of Marseille, central location.
Ground level noise from the square not audible.
🙁 Arrival arrangements were not brilliant - the texted instructions on how to access the apartment block via a keypad and then a second locked door were ambiguous due to typos; probably a one-off though.
The plug in the washbasin was stuck clicked-shut, and the plug for the bath didn't provide a seal. Because of slow response I bought new plugs, and left a universal plug for the next guests when we left.
A word of warning: if you are arriving with heavy suitcases the Metro stations in Vieux Port (nearest to Les Cocons) don't have lifts, and no down-escalators either on several flights, so you need to be reasonably fit if you arrive by Metro! Or tricky if you need to use a wheelchair.
Also, the apartment is one floor above the top floor accessible by the lift, so there is a flight of stairs to negotiate."

Parme - Les Cocons "it was the best location and fairly clean place. Host was responsive until check in after check in not much. Unfortunately we didn't find basic house products such as oil, hand soap ...
It is located at 6th floor so not the best option for elder visitors since Elevator can have problems sometimes."
