Le St Fée - Nid douillet à 100m du vieux port

Nicely decorated apartment in a traditional building- high ceilings, shutters etc. The kitchenette had all the basic essentials needed for a short stay, comfy bed & sofa bed. The host provided a travel cot too which was appreciated. Fantastic location right in the heart of the city close to the port and we found it easy to get to. Fans were provided which were needed in August! Really good communication from the host and we liked the recommendations booklet provided.

Not very accessible with a pushchair, we should have checked beforehand but the property is the 2nd floor of an old building with very narrow staircase which was difficult to manoeuvre a pushchair around. The towels were clean but could do with replacing as seem quite old. The apartment was very hot as expected in August, the fans provided some relief but obviously not as effective as air con. We had windows open at night which meant it was noisy l ( not an issue for us but would be for some).

This is a great location for exploring Marseille. A 5 minute walk to everything. The apartment was clean and tidy, and although small it was big enough for the 4 of us it suited our needs, as a base for exploring this wonderful city. Kevin, the host, was great, very responsive and helpful. We are planning to comeback to Marseille and will definitely stay again.

Good location

Lots of stairs to walk up. Unsafe shower. No linen left out for second bed. Light not working in kitchen.
