we didn’t manage to get inside the property and we haven’t got any refund… the instructions to get the keys are really complicated and there is nobody there to receive the guests. The place looks like a ghost building from the outside… The host never answered to the the phone calls he just texts through sms.

Everything was bad, dirty, broken furniture, switchboxes out of the wall.....They wanted at first deposite from 82 EUR, and than gets you keycode.

The worse experience ever. Do not even know why it is on Booking.com
Not much
The host does not speak any language apart from French. They dont share details for the checkin in advance. So, we ended up coming from the airport at 23:00, staying in that unsafe neighborhood and figuring out how to get inside. Because the host did not inform on time that there are 2 key boxes, that the 2nd keybox has the same pin as the first one, that the 2nd key box is located on the 2nd floor, and the apartment door is not the one where the 2nd key box is located. The apartment is far from what you see on their photos. Broken doors handles. Used shaver in the bathroom. Sockets are out (unsafe for kids), doors are broken, no soap, no toilet paper, no blanquettes, worn off and not clean furniture, door with the hole to one bedroom, instead of the lamps only lighting bulbs. The worse is the smell - like the rooms haven't seen day light and being shut with the cigarette smoke all the time. Overall apartment is not clean, not cared by its host and the service is horrible. We reached out several times by phone and email to host in advance to make sure that the late check-in goes smooth. Neighborhood is sort of getto. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY MONEY TO STAY. We have tried to reach to Booking.com to reallocate us. They promised to call us back once they talk to the property management but never did.

The Owner whants also 80€ deposit and after you will pay then he will give you the pin code to the apartment but he will never give you back your deposit. He is just a thief. Additionaly he only speeks french. He tells me i broke the table thats why he will dont give me back my depisit becouse someone tell him about that but that never happend. Its funny. I definitely not recommended.
