Terrible

The apartment was not possible to access as we send per what’s up the video , was inposible to open the key area. We didn’t use the apartment. So please give us a refund of the payment. I have the video of use the code that u send me and didn’t work so is impossible to say us that is work well . We stay out in the car because you did not now your code yourself and say try again and again . Unacceptable.

Nothing! Please delist this accommodation. Terrible accommodation, too much mosquitoes and i guess bed bugs because we have big bites on our skin from the accommodation. No breakfast, central location

This is a place to avoid and needs to be delisted from this app. The worst accommodation i have ever booked on booking.com, the house is very old, no maintenance, the stairs tiles are chipping off and i had a fall. The workers are very saucy and hostile, they asked me to pay €10 per bedding and because I refused to pay, they didn't provide any bedding. They were rude and lack courtesy. They refused to interface or even pick calls, the tone of chat was very unfriendly. No customer service, no empathy, all in all, terrible! We didn't see any staff from when we arrived till we left. We had issues accessing the key and even opening the door, no response was provided to our chat and call until we got a passerby to help. We notified them of our missing bags via chat but no response or any form of empathy. I advise booking.com to delist this property, my mistake was not to read reviews because there is no good review for them. I regret lodging here and I demand a refund, I can send a picture of all our skin to the customer service.

ATTENTION ! A FUIR : Suspiction de Parasites

Le seul point positif de ce logement c'est sa taille.

En résumé, très mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservé deux chambres pour deux personnes, mais on nous a réclamé un supplément de 10 € pour accéder à la seconde chambre. Comme nous avons refusé, celle-ci est restée cadenassée. Literie sale, oreillers non lavés, couette tachée, trouée et avec une odeur désagréable. Les pieds du lit de la chambre côté rue se sont détachés du sommier en pleine nuit. La nappe de la table à manger était trouée, la baignoire s’écoulait mal, le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas en place. Le réfrigérateur était sale, tout comme les casseroles, et les verres de vin étaient ébréchés. Une forte odeur de cigarette persistait alors que le logement est censé être non-fumeur. La literie étant douteuse, nous avons écourté notre séjour par crainte de parasites (démangeaisons aux mains et aux pieds, apparition de boutons). Enfin, l’accueil de l’hôte manquait clairement de bienveillance, frôlant même l’agressivité. Pour avoir voyagé dans différents pays, y compris en Colombie, j’ai connu des séjours bien plus agréables que dans cet appartement.

Les partis communes était dans état insalubre c’est qui donne pas envie de rentrer dans l’appartement et c’est bien dommage. Je suis pas rester dormir je me sentais pas en sécurité avec ma famille.

L’art de se faire poser un lapin au dernier moment.

Nous n’avons rien aimé puisque l’hôte a refusé de nous recevoir, sous prétexte que l’appartement était déjà loué. Il a rejeté la faute sur booking.com. Sachant que notre réservation datait de juillet 2024, ce qui laisse le temps de s’organiser ! Sachant aussi que, pour cause de concert du boss, tout était surbooké ce samedi 31 mai à Marseille. La tentation de double booking peut être grande. Passer la nuit dehors après un concert de Bruce Springsteen, c’est une expérience intéressante après tout 😉

Malhonnêteté de l’hôte ou négligence de booking.com ? À chacun de se faire son avis. Nous ne sommes pas magistrats… Nous aurions néanmoins apprécié de ne pas nous faire traiter d’abrutis en prime 😱

Communication sur les modalités d'accès avec l'hôte très réduite, et pleined de remarques sur le linge mis à disposition des clients que l'hôte veut facturer en supplément alors que c'est la moindre des chose dans une location touristique

Localização muito boa… próximo de tudo e também da estaca de trem..

Não gostei como fui tratada, estava com minha mãe, e me chamaram de prostituta, queriam cobrar roupa da cama, e não poderia usar máquina de lavar, sem contar que prédio é velho fica no 3 andar e não tem elevador. Só porque teve alguma garota se programa no seu apartamento não significa que todo mundo será… pessoal bonitas podem viajar e ter seu próprio dinheiro

Appartement très agréable

L'un des appartements les plus parfait que j'ai pu profiter avec une très bonne réactivité des propriétaires, une propreté ainsi qu'une qualité de logement fantastique accessible à tous dans un environnement sympathique et agréable.

Pas un gros problème mais l'ajout d'une box ou d'un Stick TV serait un plus majeur pour cette appartement
