It was great however the staff could have been more helpful

It was very comfy and decently sized, kitchen was nice and same with bedrooms no issue with that

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have WiFi, they didn’t even check up on us after we contacted them two days in a row nor offer us any compensation. Very disappointed as my work requires me to have a constant WiFi connection, I had to buy e-sim data just for that reason .

Good stay, key access difficult

Good location, parking excellent and convenient. Very clean. Comfortable. Grateful for earlier check in.

Host/agent not sufficiently accessible. Arranged early check in but unable to make contact despite standing outside. Le 13OR not labelled on intercom and apartment number not provided. Phone, booking.com messaging, text, WhatsApp all unanswered. Eventually a representative came out but did not know our name and was looking for someone from AirBnb asking if we were looking for Christina? We had only been told "someone will meet you there". After much confusion gained access but rep didn't seem to know much about the property or about the parking. Later needed to contact agent again to extend stay due to flight cancelled, phoned and rudely texted busy and to send message. Only got a response 23.30 that night. Had already booked Ibis which perhaps should have been for our whole stay.

Very good location, nice and clean apartment. The free underground parking was a plus for us.

There was a problem with the ventilation in the bathroom and there is water dripping. But it’s only a minor inconvenience.

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement im Zentrum

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, zum alten Hafen, zum Panier und zum Bäcker. Das Appartment ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, sauber und die Matratzen komfortabel. Die Kommunikation wegen der Abholung der Schlüssel lief reibungslos.

In der Straße sind laute Klimaanlagen. Bei offenem Fenster ist es laut. In den Schränken könnte ein Brett mehr für die Ablage der Kleidung sein. Ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Jacken wären auch nicht schlecht. Diese beiden Punkte sind kein Grund, unzufrieden zu sein!

5 gün için Marsilya’da bu daireyi kiraladık. Bizi karşılayan bayan çok iyi karşıladı. Otoparkın olması , marketlerin yakın olması , eski limanın yakın olması harikaydı. Daire temiz ve tüm imkanlar vardı. Güzel bir balkonu vardı.Ev sahibi çok hızlı cevaplar verdi. Çok memnun kaldık. İki aile gittik. Keyifli 5 gün geçirdik.

Heerlijke week in een prettig appartement.

In het centrum vlakbij oude wijk Le Panier. Comfortabel appartement met eigen parkeerplaats in garage. Heerlijk balkon/terras. Geen problemen ondervonden die eerder werden gemeld in reviews: dus een functionerende lift, wel warm water en geen lekkage. De sleuteloverdracht ging conform afspraak. We werden ontvangen bij de ingang van de parkeergarage.

De airco was kapot maar dat was van te voren bekend. De twee mobiele ventilatoren vingen dit goed op bij een dagtemperatuur van 34 graden.
