If you need more than one bed MAKE sure to tell them ahead of time.

The location was amazing! Right on the port and lots of great shopping and restaurants. Parking our rental car was close and EASY!

Well, this is where it falls apart. We are two friends traveling through the south of France and selected this property for two beds. They only had one bed made up and had zero sheets for the two other beds options. They never asked what we needed and couldn’t accommodate our needs for two bed due to zero linens. Second the ad for the property said it had coffee, tea and local soap everything to get your day started. There was local soap but they said they don’t provide consumables, so once again it was advertised and not provided. Based on what we were looking for this was a disappointing.

I really like the position

I didn’t like that I had problem to get inside the building and the owner couldn’t even speak basic English, I didn’t like that there was no elevator, I didn’t like that there were no bedsheet and I didn’t like that there was a window on top of the bed and I don’t think is possible to close so the light will come in first thing in the morning.

Hire a better cleaner, clean the upholstery, disclose the smokers and inside steps.

Location was great. The people around the flat were helpful in helping us find the entrance and restaurants were great. The air conditioning worked great. The main fold out bed downstairs was comfortable. You should be more clear about the 3 flights of walk up stairs (no lift) and even more y you should let folks know that one double bed is up in the loft far from the bathroom. I am 60 and too old to climb slippery wooden steps up to the bed and back down to the bathroom in the middle of the night - wo we slept on the living room futon instead.

Smelled of stale smoke inside whenever we walked in. .There were several things broken - the TP holder, the kitchen basket wheels, the kitchen floor edge, the fold-out twin bed, the knot pillow, and one blind. Some things were dirty and/or not cleaned well - the fabric on the chair, pillows, the kitchen floor tiles, the upper ledges of things. The smoke detector was beeping all night. We had 4 people and 4 towels - no hand towels or wash clothes. The shower curtain was way too long - tripped up on it inside and it got soaked. Coffee machine had old dirty water in it. Give better directions to find the location - its an unnoticable door - refer to the Waffle Factory and first door past on the left.

Mediocre at best

The location was good - the apartment building though very very dodgy. the room’s door was behind a wardrobe and very very small. The apartment was quiet.

The door was very small, the ac was dripping on the floor, the stair had no railing, the bathroom vent was caked with dust, there were parts on the floor that felt they had no support underneath them, there were wiring exposed above the kitchen, and right next to the hair dryer we found a used luffa - that was not ours… The list could go on and on They only give you one towel per person - which I can’t understand the thinking behind that… Do they expect us to towel dry our body, face and head with the same towel for multiple days??

The bed was very very comfortable and the location is superb. The staff where very accommodating as they let us check in 3 hours early.

No toiletries like hand soap. The shower wasn't great, place could be just a little but cleaner.

Great location right in the center. Parking in underground garages not far from the house.

The shower would need renovation. That curtain is not ideal. There was water in the kitchen on the floor, maybe from the washing machine. The lockers on the second floor are not attached, it could be dangerous for children for example

Large flat with good facilities

Good location and close to metro station. Large flat with good facilities and owner had put essentials in the kitchen including cleaning products, eggs, coffee/tea which was helpful. There are also towels and soap in bathroom. Numerous plug sockets which is helpful. Powerful AC.

Codes provided to access key did not work both on entry and exit of property, though owner was easily contactable and rectified this immediately. General maintenance of flat is needed: one of the sofas is stained, one set of blinds is broken, the bath tub could be cleaner. The AC is good downstairs but does not penetrate to the upstairs so it got very hot at night - a fan might be useful in the upstairs.

1. There was only one towel for one person for 3 days - for face and for everything :( 2. There were cockroaches in the kitchen :( I don’t know, maybe it is ordinary in France, because we have found it also in Nice’s apartment 3. water was leaking from somewhere in the kitchen and the floor was always wet

Disappointing

The location is good if you are backpackers for 1-2 days. Easy to walk around the pier and plenty of restaurants

The fact that toilet paper was not part of the stay and we had to go buy our own...The location is difficult for a family of 4 and especially for elders with the amount of stairs and no elevator and many luggage cases. This should have been noted in the advert and not on the day of check-in.

Nice experience

I liked the location of the apartment as it was 5 mins walk from the port and the metro station. It was nicely decorated with everything we needed. Also, I have had great communication with the owner regarding the access. Apartment had Netflix, iron, washing machine. It made our stay really unique.

One thing that totally turned me off was the bedsheets, the couch, the cushions and all linen (including the extra in the wardrobe) in general. I don't know if they were washed or not but there were stains on them and many hairs in the fitted sheets so both nights we slept without undoing the bed. Also, no shampoo or body soap were provided but that did not really matter as we bought our own.

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuto della struttura è la posizione.

- l’appartamento era abbastanza sporco - non c’erano coperte a sufficienza. Avevo chiesto se ci fossero e mi ha risposto che si trovavano nell’armadio vicino al letto. Ho verificato che ci fossero delle coperte, ma quando la sera abbiamo preparato il letto (ormai troppo tardi) non siamo riuscite a coprire tutti i letti. - 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica per 5 persone. - eravamo 5 persone e l’unico letto che è stato preparato è il matrimoniale da 2. Il resto abbiamo dovuto fare tutto noi (con la problematica delle coperte). - coperte tra l’altro sporche.

Les draps étaient draps . La couette avait une grosse tache jaune repoussante . Les oreillers sont des crêpes pas confortables. Au niveau de la salle de bain des travaux seraient à prévoir , la vmc est bruyante le robinet ne tient pas . Pas de colonne de douche et le rideau n’est pas adapté , pas de distributeur papiers toilettes . Nous n’avions pas mangé à la appartement car il y a que 2 chaises !

Loft sale

La climatisation ça c'est un super point. La proximité avec le port. Tranquillité niveau bruit car on étais au 3eme étages donc côté cours et non côté rue.

Il y as beaucoup de point négatifs, on a eu le logement à 16h30 jusque là tous vas bien. On rentre dans l'appartement et la on déchante vite... le bâtiment et en miette, on rentre dans l'appartement le mobilier est abîmé vraiment pas commode avec les photos de base présentée sur le site une porte en moins au niveau du meuble télé et aucune sécurité multiprise par terre, table à manger se déplie mais ne reste pas droite donc impossible d'y manger à 4, endroit sale (hors la salle de bain et le lit parentale) le mobilier est complet mais sale grille pain four plaques enfin bref pas digne d'un loft. Sol de la medsaline sale et tacher, éponge inutilisable car usée, je ne reviendrais plus. (Je n'est pas pu mettre toutes les photos)

Лучше за день до заселения присылать фото подъезда , и сразу маршрут , как добраться с парковки , которую рекомендуют.

Местоположение отличное ! Находится У порта , кафе рестораны , всё в паре минутах пешком .

3 этаж , без лифта, но мы знали заранее об этом . И почему то карты Гугл долго искали сам подъезд , приводили не туда . Попросила хозяев написать мне what’s up , так как тяжело было ходить в поисках по многолюдным улочкам Марселя с маленьким регенерирует , а они ответили в букинге , несразу , проигнорировав просьбу про связаться what’s up . Кран в ванной плохо работает , шатается , но нам на одну ночь , было некритично .

Excellent emplacement. Nous sommes venus en voiture, nous avions un parking souterrain tout à côté. Le loft est très bien entretenu tout y est au niveau des équipements. Nous recommandons vivement.
