Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Hafen.
Leider ist die Wohnung sowie die Ausstattung schon sehr abgelebt und würde sich zeitnah über eine umfassende Renovierung freuen. Durch das eher belebte Viertel ist der Verkehr auch sehr deutlich zu hören, trotz geschlossener Fenster.

The location was good.
The air conditioning did not cool the bedrooms which lead to a difficult night sleep. The property was old and tired.
