Die Lage ist unschlagbar, direkt am Hafen.
Leider ist die Wohnung sowie die Ausstattung schon sehr abgelebt und würde sich zeitnah über eine umfassende Renovierung freuen. Durch das eher belebte Viertel ist der Verkehr auch sehr deutlich zu hören, trotz geschlossener Fenster.

L'emplacement, 100 m du port, à quelques mètres du quartier du panier Proche du MUCEN, grotte COSQUER, CANEBIERE. On peut faire tout cela à pied. Le stade vélodrome est à 7 stations de métro La personne qui nous a accueillis et est venue à notre départ était extrèmement gentille et agréable
Gros problème : Porte blindée avec une clé qui ne marche pas. Il faut beaucoup de force pour l'ouvrir. Sur 5 personnes que nous étions, 1 seule arrivait à ouvrir et avec beaucoup de dificulté. Autre bémol, un des lits en 90 n'avait pas les pieds fixés et est tombé quand on s'y est couché

Meine Frau hat mit Ihren Kindern die Wohnung belegt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und sie liegt zenral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man hat auch eine gute Aussicht.
Die Wohnung ist stark renovierungsbedüftig(Badezimmer: Haken, Küche: Herd, Steckdosen). besonders die Elektrik und die Ausstattung der Küche. Die Wohnung wird vermutlich stark frequentiert und ist daher in einem schlechten Zustand.
