Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 4 beautiful rooms with beautiful benefits and quality furniture as well as an outside with stunning views. Located in a typical Marseilles neighborhood this is the ideal location to enjoy the sweetness of Marseilles life.
The building's syndic informs us that purging and restructuring work on the building's facade will take place on 10/03/2025 for 15 days from 9:00 to 15:00.

You will enter the main room with a beautiful open kitchen, a large dining table for meals with family or friends, its living room with library and its exterior with sea view.
Entering on the right a first double room giving access to a loggia. 2nd door on the right another double bedroom sharing a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom on the right offering it 2 single beds. The master bedroom is located on the left and offers a king size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom.
In all the apartment offers 8 beds/ 4 bedrooms (3 double and 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms.
