Les appartements chics du Vieux-Port

This apartment is located 20 min on foot from train/bus station and 10 min on foot from seaside. This makes the location good. In the neighbourhood are few grocery stores too. The particular apartment we stayed at (Nature) was located at the 1st floor, windows facing the street. There is a restaurant right under the windows, but it closes @10 pm workdays and is closed during weekends. So it is no major disdurbance. Apartment itself contains all basic necessities (inc few coffee capsules, tea, salt, soap). Bedding and towels provided were clean. WiFi works well. In case of early arrival/late checkout it is possible to leave luggage into locked corridor.

Unfortunately, as previous guests have also noted, the cleanliness it not ideal. I guess the situation with dishes, kitchenware depends a lot of who were staying in the apartment previously. In our case probably people not so fond of washing the dishes. Whilst the floor etc is clean, the textile bedhead f.e is covered with thick dust. Sinks, taps would need a proper scrubbing.

Perfect location in Veux-Port, near a myriad of restaurants and shops. Just one floor to walk up. Directions easy to follow. Apt. very clean, big comfortable bed with spotless kitchen and bathroom.

Can't think of anything nit to like.

There were a number of stairs to climb. If I new this before I booked up, I probably would have chose another property. however for those more able than myself. It was a very pleasant property, with all the amenities you would normally require. it was very clean, however when the taxi dropped me off there were a number of rate running in the street, they did not bother me but might scare others
