Les + : idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à peine du vieux port , à pied. Équipement au top : tout y est (cuisine salle de bain, équipement bébé) Spacieux et propre Douche très grande et propre Wc indépendant Cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire Chambre spacieuse avec rangement et bonne literie
Le - : le bruit malgré le vitrage de l’appartement mais le propriétaire a tout fait pour y remédier (malheureusement on entend quand même)
