Perfect Marseille Getaway

7th floor apartment, nice views from balcony and roof top. Kitchen appliances are available.

Booking. Com hacked some one and received lots of emails confusing me? However only guiding Booking. Com app, I managed the booking properly. Also I informed via booking.com app I am coming between 3.00pm to 4.00pm and I went to 3.45pm to front of the main entrance. No body there to guide me? I have not available phone connection and Wifi too to call booking. Com and couple helped me to call a lady from clandestina. Then she came after 15m and I entered the apartment.

don't go there!

I cannot recommend this place. Its really dirty and unpleasant. As soon as you enter the building,there is a broken door leading probably to the basement of the building, a lot of rubbish lying around and an ugly smell coming from the hole in the door. We found our room to be dirty, the floor is stained, there were hair on the pillow, the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned. Also,dont be mistaken by the images on their website... we had a window for fresh air,however, no light can come in,because of some concrete panels in front of it,so we also didnt hv any view but were forced to stay in a dirty hole instead. we didnt even checkin but left immediately. The place refused to pay our money back though.

The area was very unpleasant and filthy Photos on bookings bore no resemblance to the space provided. Not suitable for one adult. The room was tiny.

Amazing terrace and comfortable stay in thw city center ☝️

The location is about 2 mins away from the main train station, which is amazing. The view from the apartment is above the expectations, just AMAZING! Really modern apartment, comfortable stay for any type of vacation you’d prefer in the first instance.

Really had a huge struggle with the door locks, hard to open any door to get into apartment , but it was still fine. Bare in mind that some rooms could be small for 2 people to stay but it’s not a big deal at all.

I really liked the facilities they where very clean, the room was also nicely decorated and we had a beautiful view of the sea. We had everything we needed in the kitchen it was lovely.

we where a bit shocked by the location, it isn't a very nice neighborhood but the metro was a 2 minute walk away so it didn't really matter and the property was really nice.

Good location but facilities lacking, stairs painful

Location was great, nice balcony

Lift not working so had to go up 8 flights of stairs which was excruciating to say the least, only one set of towels provided in five days - nowhere to swap dirty towels, door locks temperamental - took several attempts to get in on multiple occasions. From photos on website, there was a bath but there wasn’t one in king suite room, there was a small shower in the corner of the room, next to the bed, that was visible to all in the room.

Amazing views and the apartment was really nice. Good location.

The shower needs a renovation, and the lift was broken when we were there, so we had to walk to the 8th floor all our stay there. It's not easy to find the place as there is no sign of it on the door etc and the owner replies in French even though you communicate in English.

Very good

The view from the terrace and the rooftop was beautiful. Its a shared apartment with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower so we just shared a living room and kitchen with other guests. Our doors had a lock so that we could leave the apartment knowing that our things were safe in our room. The other guests were nice.

Hello, the appointment was perfect, so modern and clean, but we long time couldn’t find the apartment. So the recommendation is to came to the address infront of the main doors and to call or tipe the owner for open the door. Communication with owner was so fast, neighbor was very quiet. And view from the balcony-5 stars.

Room is essential bue beautiful, lot of light and nice view from the balcony. Clean. Common space has an incredible view all over the city.

Good but could have been better

I loved the location and the view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy. The apartment had a lot in it to use

Lift only went to 7th floor and last flight of stairs had no lights so felt very dangerous. On booking it showed bath in king suite but when we arrived there was none. The lady who gave us the keys just shrugged her shoulders when we asked about the bath. We emailed the owner twice but got no reply. This was very disappointing as we had booked purely for the bath facility and would have gone with a different apt had we known the bath was not there

Perfect 👌

Would love to say massive thank to the staff at the accommodation. We stayed four nights and everything was just perfect! The accommodation is cosy and comfortable, the room was nice! The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to helping and made us feel welcomed straight away. It’s also a great location it’s just 2 minutes walk from Saint-Charles train station 🚉 to the accommodation and super easy to get to the city centre buy walk or with public transport. Bus 🚌 leaving front of the accommodation direction to the VIEUX-PORT ( harbour ) end Plage Des Catalans ( the beach 🏖 ) Bakery just next door , supermarket, cafe 200 m. Was just perfect 👌 we will come back for sure.☺️

Die Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof, traumhafte Aussicht über ganz Marseille inklusive Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse.

Der Lift war teilweise ausser Betrieb, war jedoch für uns kein Problem.

Propre, beau et bien équipé !

Tout était conforme à la description, les espaces partagés sont très spacieux, lumineux et donnent une très belle vue sur la ville. À deux pas de la gare saint Charles, de cafés et supérettes, proche également du centre ville ! Je recommande vivement !

Le personnel était très gentille. Le roof top est sympa, j'ai bien aimé y passer la soirée avec l'air rafraichi, quand il faisait chaud dans la journée. Très proche de la gare, c'était pratique!

Ma chambre était très très petite. Ça allait pour moi toute seule, mais je ne pense pas que ce soit convenable pour 2 personnes.

Das Apartment liegt in einer Wohnung mit anderen Apartments. Beim Verlassen und Betreten muss man durch eine Gemeinschaftsküche / Wohnbereich. Leider war das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber und insbesondere der Griff der Mikrowelle extrem klebrig. Man darf kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen, außerdem ist der Raum für die Toilette extrem klein. Nachts springt regelmäßig lautstark eine Pumpe an, wenn irgendjemand in den anderen Apartments duscht oder die Toilette nutzt. Insgesamt ist die Lage des Apartments in den Abendstunden eher unangenehm, da sich diverse unangenehme Menschen unmittelbar in der Gegend herumtreiben. Schimmel im Apartment gefunden.
