Halte Poétique au Panier 2 chambres Balcon & Clim

We stayed as a group of friends (2 couples) for 4 nights in this apartment in Marseille and it provided ample across two levels for us. Initially we planned to stay there for 5 - the additional bed would have been a sofa bed in the dining area. The apartment is centrally located, had bars just around the corner and you can reach central sights as well as the central train station by foot. The apartment was adequately equipped and we had everything we needed including a bluetooth-ready music box and a dishwasher. The central room as well as the two bed rooms had good air condition that even impressed our fellow American traveler. Yes, it is an old house and therefore the stairs up to the apartment and inside the apartment are narrow and steep. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be difficult for children or people with limited mobility. The check-in was easy and well communicated, the host was very responsive all the time. Be aware of late check-in from 4 pm on and early check-out until 10am. The apartment might not be the cosiest overall, but fully met our expectations for a city trip to Marseille and is therefore recommended.

Access to the apartment by car was complicated and not well explained upfront. Despite there is public parking nearby, at walking distance from the apartment.

Proximité du vieux port, la climatisation dans chaque chambre et pièce principale. Apparemment très fonctionnel.

L'accès difficile à l'appartement, escalier étroit pour les personnes pouvant se déplacer avec difficultés.

El apartamento cuenta con todos los elementos necesarios. Cocina completa con bastante vajilla y menaje. Salón con mesa grande, habitaciones cómodas con aire frio / calor.

El edificio es muy antiguo, la escalera de caracol para llegar a la tercera planta es estrecha y empinada, nada fácil para llegar con maletas. Nos hemos sentido inseguros en la calle donde se encuentra, llegando uno de los días a estar llamándonos al timbre de forma seguida e insistente. Es una lástima porque el barrio es muy céntrico.
